Abstract

método para separação de lignina de licor negro, produto de lignina, e uso de um produto de lignina para a produção de combustíveis ou materiais a invenção refere-se a um método para controlar o equilíbrio de sódio e enxofre de uma planta de pasta de celulose, enquanto que separando lignina do licor negro, e também um produto de lignina ou um produto intermediário de lignina obtenível pelo dito método. a invenção provê também o uso de um produto de lignina ou de um produto intermediário de lignina para a produção de combustível (sólido, gasoso ou líquido) ou materiais. o método envolve as etapas: (1) precipitação de lignina utilizando-se um ácido seguida de filtração, (2) re-suspensão da torta de filtro, (3) filtração formando uma segunda torta, e (4) retorno do filtrado para lavagem e suspensão nas etapas anteriores. em uma realização preferida, é utilizado pó esp (precipitador eletrostático) rico em sulfato de sódio produzido na caldeira de recuperação na lavagem da lignina precipitada.
