Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     .Entwielzlerfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller       Entwicklerfarbstoff    erhalten wird; wenn man       tetrazotiertes        o-Tolidin    in molekularem     Ver-          bältnis    mit     2'-Methyl-3'-amino-5'-sulfo-l-phe-          iryl-5-pyrazolon-3-kai-borisäure    zu einem Zwi  schenprodukt vereinigt und dasselbe mit       a-Naphtylaminsulfosäure-1,        6-Cleve    weiter  kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein  braunschwarzes Pulver, das sich in Wasser  mit rotbrauner, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  mit blauvioletter Farbe löst.

   Er färbt     urge-          beizte    Baumwolle in rotbraunen Tönen, welche  sich durch     Diazotieren    auf der Faser und  nachfolgende Entwicklung mit     Betanaphtol     zu waschechten Schokoladebraun fixieren  lassen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu der     Tetrazoditolyllösung    aus 21,2 Tei  len     o-Tolidin    lässt man bei<B>0-50</B> C die  Lösung des     Trinatriumsalzes    von<B><U>31.3</U></B> Teilen     2'-          Methyl-3'-        amino    - 5'-     sulfo-1-pheriyl-5-pyrazo-          lon-3-kai-botisäirre    zufliessen. Sobald unver  ändertes     Tetrazoditolyl    nicht mehr nachge  wiesen werden kann, gibt man die Lösung  von 24,5 Teilen     a=Naphtylaminsulfosaurem            Natroii-1,        6-Cleve    zu.

   Es tritt rasch Weiter  kupplung ein unter Bildung eines dicken  schwarzen Niederschlages. Nach einigen Stun  den ist die Kombination beendigt. Man neu  tralisiert sorgfältig durch Zugabe von Soda  und salzt aus der hierbei entstehenden rot  braunen     Löaung    den     Farbstoff    aus.

  <I> Example: </I> The solution of the trisodium salt of <B> <U> 31.3 </ U is added to the tetrazoditolyl solution of 21.2 parts of o-tolidine at <B> 0-50 </B> C. > </B> Parts of 2'-methyl-3'-amino-5'-sulfo-1-pheriyl-5-pyrazolone-3-kai-botisäirre flow. Claim: Process for the preparation of a developer dye, characterized in that tetrazotized o-tolidine is added in a molecular ratio with 2'-lbl_ethyl-3'-amiiio-5'-sulfo-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone-3-carboxylic acid combined an intermediate point and the same with a-Naphtylamirisulfosäui-e-1,6-Cleve coupled further. The new dye forms a brown-black powder that dissolves in water with a red-brown color, and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue-violet color.
