Claims (26)
1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af et træ, en træmasse, en Kraftpapirmasse, et papirprodukt, et papir eller en papirmasse, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: (a) at tilvejebringe mindst en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller en xyla- nase der er kodet af en nucleinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2; (b) at tilvejebringe et træ, en træmasse, en Kraft-papirmasse, et papir, et papirprodukt eller en papirmasse; og (c) at kontakte træet, træmasse, kraftpulp, papir, papirprodukt eller papirmasse med polypeptidet ifølge trin (a), hvor polypeptidet katalyserer hydrolyse af forbindelser i træet, træmassen, Kraft-massen, papiret, papirproduktet eller papirmassen, og hvorved træet, træmassen, Kraft-massen, papiret, papirproduktet eller papirmassen eventuelt omfatter et blødt træ og et hårdt træ, eller træet, træmasse, kraftmasse, papir eller papirmasse er afledt af et blødt træ og hårdt træ; og eventuelt efter behandlingen har en konsistens på mindst ca. 10 % eller mindst ca. 32 %; hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et filtreringstrin, og der eventuelt dannes et filtrat, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter genanvendelse af filtratet, og eventuelle fine partikler opsamles fra filtratet; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et blandetrin, og eventuelt er xylanasen tilsat ved flere tidspunkter eller trinvist ved fremgangsmåden, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter en blegningsproces, og eventuelt tilsættes xylanasen på forskellige tidspunkter eller trinvist i blege-processen; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter tilsætning af yderligere enzymer, og eventuelt tilføjes de yderligere enzymer ved flere tidspunkter eller trinvist i fremgangsmåden; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et forvaskningstrin eller et forbehandlingstrin, og fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter et forvaskningstrin eller en forbehandling med xylanasen.
16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en alkohol, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter (a) at bringe en sammensætning i kontakt med en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller et polypeptid der er kodet af en nucleinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilken sammensætningen eventuelt omfatter et saccharid, en hemicellulose, en cellulose, en lignin eller en kombination deraf; og eventuelt omfatter alkoholen en ethanol; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter høje temperaturer og basiske pH-betingelser, hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et filtreringstrin, og der eventuelt dannes et filtrat, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt endvidere omfatter genanvendelse af filtratet, og eventuelle fine partikler opsamles fra filtratet; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et blandetrin og eventuelt tilsættes xylanasen, en mannanase og/eller en glucanase på flere tidspunkter eller trinvist ved fremgangsmåden, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter en blegningsproces, tilsættes xylanasen, en mannanase og/eller en glucanase på flere tidspunkter eller trinvist i blegeprocessen; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter tilsætning af yderligere enzymer, og eventuelt tilføjes de yderligere enzymer ved flere tidspunkter eller trinvist i fremgangsmåden; og hvilken fremgangsmåden endvidere eventuelt omfatter et forvaskningstrin eller et forbehandlingstrin, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter forvaskningstrin eller en forbehandling med xylanasen.
17. Enzymblanding eller enzymcocktail der omfatter (a) mindst et enzym ifølge krav 6 eller 7 og et eller flere andre enzymer; (b) blandingen eller cocktailen ifølge (a), hvor det ene eller de nævnte flere andre enzymer er en anden xylanase, glucanaser, cellulaser, lipaser, esteraser, proteaser eller endoglycosidaser, endo-beta-1,4-glucanaser, beta -glucanaser, endo-beta-1,3 (4) -glucanaser, cutinaser, peroxidaser, catalaser, laccaser, amylaser, glucoamylaser, pektinaser, reductaser, oxidaser, phenoloxidaser, lig-ninaser, pullulanaser, arabinanaser, hemicellulaser, mannanaser, xyloglucana- ser, pectinacetyl-esteraser, rhamnogalacturonanacetylesteraser, polygalactu-ronaser, rhamnogalacturonaser, galactanaser, pectin-lyaser, pectinmethyleste-raser, celleobiohydrolaser og/eller transglutaminaser.
18. Fremgangsmåde til hydrolyse af en hemicellulose, cellulose, lignin eller saccharid i vilkårlig organisk forbindelse, plante eller træ eller træprodukt eller træmasse eller biprodukt, træaffald, papir, papirmasse, papirprodukt eller papiraffald eller biprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at anvende en enzymblanding eller enzymcocktail ifølge krav 17, xylanasen ifølge krav 6 eller 7, eller polypeptidet der er kodet af nucleinsyren ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et filtreringstrin, og der eventuelt dannes et filtrat, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt endvidere omfatter genanvendelse af filtratet (til at fange fine partikler); og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et blandetrin, og eventuelt tilsættes xylanasen på flere tidspunkter eller trinvist ved fremgangsmåden, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter en blegningsproces, og xylanasen tilsættes eventuelt på forskellige tidspunkter eller trinvist i blege-processen; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter tilsætning af yderligere enzymer, og eventuelt at tilsætte de yderligere enzymer på flere tidspunkter eller trinvist i fremgangsmåden; og hvilken fremgangsmåden endvidere eventuelt omfatter et forvaskningstrin eller et forbehandlingstrin, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter et forvaskningstrin eller en forbehandling med xylanasen.
19. Fremgangsmåde til forøgelse af præstationen af en xylanase ved et højt (alkalisk) pH, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) at fjerne aminosyrerester "EGG" (eller ækvivalenten) nær eller ved C'-terminalen af en xylanase-sekvens; (b) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a), hvor "EGG" (eller ækvivalenten) fjernes lige (straks) efter glycosylhydrolasedomænet, som skal modificeres af xylanasen; eller (c) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a) eller (b), hvor xylanasen med forøget ydelse omfatter et polypeptid ifølge krav 6 eller 7.
20. Fremgangsmåde til reduktion af mængden af blegemiddel i et træ-, træmasse-, træprodukt-, Kraft-masse-, papir-, papirmasse-, papirprodukt- eller genbrugspapirproces, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter (a) at tilvejebringe en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller et polypeptid der er kodet af nucleinsyren ifølge krav 1 eller 2; b) at tilvejebringe et træ, en træmasse, et træprodukt, en Kraft-masse, et papir, en papirmasse, et papirprodukt eller et genbrugspapir og (c) at kontakte træet, træmassen, træproduktet, Kraft-massen, papiret, papirmassen, papirproduktet eller genbrugspapiret med polypeptidet ifølge (a), hvilket blegemiddel eventuelt omfatter en chlor, et chlordioxid, en kaustisk soda, et peroxid eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf, hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et filtreringstrin, og der eventuelt dannes et filtrat, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt endvidere omfatter genanvendelse af filtratet, og eventuelle fine partikler opsamles fra filtratet; og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter et blandetrin, og eventuelt tilsættes xylanasen på flere tidspunkter eller trinvist ved fremgangsmåden, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt yderligere omfatter tilsætning af yderligere enzymer, og eventuelt at tilsætte de yderligere enzymer på flere tidspunkter eller trinvist i fremgangsmåden; og hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere eventuelt omfatter et forvaskningstrin eller et forbehandlingstrin, og hvilken fremgangsmåden eventuelt omfatter forvaskningstrin eller en forbehandling med xylanasen; og betingelser for eventuel behandling efter et oxygen-delignificeringstrin (en post-02-papirmasse) med xylanase-enzymet omfatter: et pH mellem ca. 6 og 7, en enzymdosis på ca. 0,3 enheder/g, en behandlingstid på mellem ca. 20 til 25 minutter, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter en forbehandling af post-C>2-gran/fyr/gran (SPF)-papirmasse med ca. 2 enheder/g xylanase for at reducere efterfølgende CIC>2-forbrug forøge lysstyrken, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter en forbehandling af præ-02-råmasse-SPF med ca. 0,5 enheder/g xylanase for at reducere efterfølgende CI02-forbrug forøge lysstyrken, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter en forbehandling af præ-02-Aspen-papirmasse med ca. 0,5 enheder/g xylanase for at reducere efterfølgende CI02-forbrug forøge lysstyrken, og hvilken fremgangsmåde eventuelt omfatter en forbehandling af præ-02-Douglas Fir/Hemlock-papirmasse med ca. 0,5 enheder/g xylanase for at reducere efterfølgende CI02-forbrug og forøge lysstyrken.
21. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af karton, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at bringe en bleget eller ubleget papirmasse eller genbrugspapirmasse i kontakt med en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller et polypeptid der er kodet af en nuc-leinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
22. Fremgangsmåde til sænkning af alkali ved madlavning eller til nedsættelse af kogning ved fremstilling af karton, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at bringe en bleget eller ubleget papirmasse eller genbrugspapirmasse i kontakt med en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller et polypeptid der er kodet af en nucleinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
23. Fremgangsmåde til forøgelse af Kappa-tallet vedr madlavning eller forøgelse af styrken af papirmasse ved fremstilling af karton, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at kontakte en bleget eller ubleget papirmasse eller genbrugspapirmasse med en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7 eller et polypeptid der er kodet af en nucleinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
24. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et sukker, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfat ter: (a) at bringe en sammensætning der omfatter polysaccharid, i kontakt med en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7, eller et polypeptid der er kodet af en nucleinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilken kontakt resulterer i dannelsen af et sukker; (b) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a), hvor sammensætningen der omfatter polysaccharid, omfatter et saccharid, en hemicellulose, en cellulose, et lignin eller en kombination deraf; (c) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a) eller (b) der omfatter anvendelse af en enzymblanding eller cocktail ifølge krav 17; eller (d) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a), (b) eller (c) der yderligere omfatter fermentering af sukker til fremstilling af en alkohol.
25. Fremgangsmåde til enzymatisk hydrolyse af et polysaccharid, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter (a) at bringe en sammensætning der omfatter polysaccharid i kontakt med en xylanase ifølge krav 6 eller 7, eller et polypeptid der er kodet af en nucleinsyre, som omfatter en sekvens ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilken kontakt resulterer i hydrolysen af polysaccharidet for at fremstille et sukker; (b) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a), hvor sammensætningen der omfatter polysaccharid, omfatter en organisk forbindelse, en plante eller et træ eller et træprodukt eller biprodukt, et træaffald, en papirmasse, et papirprodukt eller et papiraffald eller en biprodukt; (c) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a) eller (b) der omfatter anvendelse af en enzymblanding eller enzymcocktail ifølge krav 17; (d) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a), (b) eller (c), hvor hydrolysen af polysac- charidet resulterer i dannelsen af et monomert sukker; eller (e) fremgangsmåden ifølge (a), (b), (c) eller (d) der yderligere omfatter fermentering af carbohydratet eller sukkeret til fremstilling af en alkohol.
26.
