Claims (12)

1. Rekombinant kimær Denguevirus omfattende en nukleinsyre-kimære omfattende en første nukleotidsekvens der koder for strukturproteinet C fra Dengue type 4 virus og strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 1, Denguevirus type 2 eller Denguevirus type 3, hvor regionen af Dengue type 4 virus, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E, er erstattet af regionen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 1, Denguevirus type 2, eller Denguevirus type 3, og en anden nukleotidsekvens der koder for ikke-strukturproteiner fra Dengue type 4 virus og den 3'-utranslaterede region af Dengue type 4-genomet indeholdende en 30 nukleotiddeletion, der svarer til TL2-hårnålestrukturen mellem nukleotiderne 10478-10507 af Dengue type 4-genomet.
2. Rekombinant kimær Denguevirus ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en mutation der tilvejebringer en fænotype, hvor fænotypen er temperaturfølsomhed i Vero-celler eller den humane levercellelinje HuH-7, værts-cellerestriktion i moskitoceller eller den humane levercellelinje HuH-7, værts-celletilpasning til forbedret replikation i Vero-ceWer, eller svækkelse i mus eller aber.
3. Rekombinant kimær Denguevirus ifølge krav 1 eller 2 til anvendelse i induktionen af et beskyttende immunrespons.
4. Rekombinant kimær Denguevirus til anvendelse i inducering af et beskyttende immunrespons ifølge krav 3, hvor den rekombinante kimære Denguevirus er omfattet i en vaccine, der skal administreres til et individ i en effektiv mængde.
5. Rekombinant kimær Denguevirus ifølge krav 1 eller 2 til anvendelse i forebyggelsen af en sygdom forårsaget af Denguevirus.
6. Rekombinant kimær Denguevirus til anvendelse i forebyggelse afen sygdom forårsaget af Denguevirus ifølge krav 5, hvor den rekombinante kimære Denguevirus er omfattet i en vaccine, der skal administreres til et individ i en effektiv mængde.
7. Vaccine eller immunogen sammensætning omfattende mindst én rekombinant kimær Denguevirus ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
8. Vaccinen eller den immunogene sammensætning ifølge krav 7 der er en Denguevirus vaccine eller en Denguevirus-immunogen sammensætning.
9. Vaccinen eller den immunogene sammensætning ifølge krav 7 eller 8 der er en tetravalent vaccine eller en tetravalent immunogen sammensætning.
10. Vaccinen eller den immunogene sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9 omfattende rDENl/4A30 (ME), rDEN2/4A30 (ME) og rDEN3/4A30 (ME), hvor: rDENl/4A30 (ME) er en kimær Denguevirus ifølge krav 1 omfattende en nukleinsyre-kimære omfattende en første nukleotidsekvens der koder for strukturproteinet C fra Dengue type 4 virus og strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 1, hvor regionen af Dengue type 4 virusen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E, er erstattet af regionen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 1, og en anden nukleotidsekvens der koder for ikke-strukturproteiner fra Dengue type 4 virus, og den 3'-utranslaterede region af Dengue type 4-genomet indeholdende 30 nukleotiddeletionen; rDEN2/4A30 (ME) er en kimær Denguevirus ifølge krav 1 omfattende en nukleinsyre-kimære omfattende en første nukleotidsekvens der koder for strukturproteinet C fra Dengue type 4 virus og strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 2, hvor regionen af Dengue type 4 virusen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E, er erstattet af regionen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 2, og en anden nukleotidsekvens der koder for ikke-strukturproteiner fra Dengue type 4 virus, og den 3'-utranslaterede region af Dengue type 4-genomet indeholdende 30 nukleotiddeletionen; og rDEN3/4A30 (ME) er en kimær Dengue-virus ifølge krav 1 omfattende en nukleinsyre-kimære omfattende en første nukleotidsekvens der koder for strukturproteinet C fra Dengue type 4 virus og strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 3, hvor regionen af Dengue type 4 virusen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E, er erstattet af regionen, der koder for strukturproteinerne M og E fra Denguevirus type 3, og en anden nukleotidsekvens der koder for ikke-strukturproteiner fra Dengue type 4 virus, og den 3'-utranslaterede region af Dengue type 4-genomet indeholdende 30 nukleotiddeletionen.
