Claims (13)

Anvendelse af et eller flere ALS-inhibitorherbicid(er) til bekæmpelse af uønsket vegetation i Beta vulgaris-bevoksede områder, hvor Beta vulgaris-planter omfatter mutationer i ALS-genet, der koder for et ALS-polypeptid, der indeholder en aminosyre, der er forskellig fra tryptofan, i position 569 og en aminosyre, der er forskellig fra prolin i position 188.
2. Anvendelse af et eller flere ALS-inhibitorherbicid(er) ifølge krav 6, hvor ikke-ALS-inhibitorherbicidet/herbiciderne er valgt fra gruppen, der består af: desmedipham, ethofumesat, glufosinat, glutosinat-ammonium, glutosinat-P, glutosinat-P-ammonium, glutosinat-P-natrium, glyphosat, glyphosat-isopropylammonium, lenacil, metamitron, phenmedipham, phenmedipham-ethyl.
8. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor Beta vulgaris-planterne svarer til deponeringen under NCIMB 42050.
9. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af uønsket vegetation i områder bevokset med Beta vulgaris-planter, der er kendetegnet ved: (a) tilstedeværelse af Beta vulgaris-planter, der omfatter en mutation i et endogent ALS-gen, der koder for et ALS-protein, der indeholder en aminosyre, der er forskellig fra tryptofan, i position 569 og en aminosyre, der er forskellig fra prolin, i position 188, (b) påføring af et eller flere ALS-inhibitorherbicid(er) alene eller i kombination med et eller flere herbicid(er), der ikke tilhører klassen af ALS-inhibitorherbicider (ikke-ALS-inhibitorherbicider), og (c) hvor påføringen af de respektive herbicider som defineret under (b) (i) finder sted samlet eller samtidig eller (ii) finder sted på forskellige tidspunkter og/eller i et antal portioner (sekventiel påføring), ved før-emergens-påføringer efterfulgt af efter-emergens-påføringer eller tidlige efter-emergens-påføringer efterfulgt af middel eller sen efter-emergens-påføringer.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 til bekæmpelse af uønsket vegetation, hvor ALS-inhibitorherbicidet/-herbiciderne er valgt fra grupperne som defineret i krav 2.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvor ALS-inhibitorherbicidet/-herbiciderne er valgt fra grupperne som defineret i krav 3.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11, hvor ikke-ALS-inhibitorherbicidet/-herbiciderne er valgt fra gruppen, der består af: chloridazon, clethodim, clodinafop, clodinafop-propargyl, clopyralid, cycloxydim, desmedipham, dimethenamid, dimethenamid-P, ethofumesat, fenoxaprop, fenoxaprop-P, fenoxaprop-ethyl, fenoxaprop-P-ethyl, fluazifop, fluazifop-P, fluazifop-butyl, fluazifop-P-butyl, glufosinat, glufosinat-ammonium, glutosinat-P, glufosinat-P-ammonium, glutosinat-P-natrium, glyphosat, glyphosat-isopropylammonium, haloxyfop, haloxyfop-P, haloxyfop-ethoxyethyl, haloxyfop-P-ethoxyethyl, haloxyfop-methyl, haloxyfop-P-methyl, lenacil, metamitron, phenmedipham, phenmedipham-ethyl, propaquizafop, quinmerac, quizalofop, quizalofop-ethyl, quizalofop-P, quizalofop-P-ethyl, quizalofop-P-tefuryl, sethoxydim.
