Abstract

La invención se refiere a que se provee un proceso para tipificar rápidamente levaduras, parásitos y bacterias. Comprende los siguientes pasos: a) Preparar, en 6 a 50 minutos, ADN intacto e inmovilizado mediante un método que emplea un juego de reactivos que solo contiene solución tampón, un detergente, un agente delante y un agente que rompe los puentes de hidrógeno. b) Separar moléculas de ADN intactas o sus fragmentos de restricción usando mini equipos de electroforesis de campos pulsantes de los sistemas CHEF y Tafe.
