Abstract

Esta invención se refiere y reivindica series de derivados de mercaptoacetilamida de formula (I), también se describen y se reivindican las composiciones farmacéuticas que incorporan estos compuestos y procesos para la preparación de dichos compuestos. También se describe y se reivindica el uso de tales compuestos para la inhibición de las enzimas convertidoras de angiotensina y endopeptidasa neutra, y para el tratamiento de hipertensión e insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva.
