Abstract
Una forma farmacéutica sólida de posología que provee una mejorada biodisponibilidad oral, es presentada para los inhibidores de HIV proteasa. En particular, la forma de posología consiste en una dispersión sólida de al menos un inhibidor de proteasa HIV y al menos un polímero soluble en agua farmacéuticamente aceptable, y al menos un surfactante farmacéuticamente aceptable, el mencionado polímero soluble en agua con un Tg de al menos alrededor de 50º C., preferiblemente, el surfactante farmacéuticamente aceptable con un valor de HLB de alrededor de 4 a 10.
