Abstract
Se relaciona con una composición farmacéutica para administración rectal que comprende 1, 2, 3, 9- tetrahidro-9-metil-3-((2-metil-1H-imidazol-1-il)-metil)-4H-carbazol-4-ona, en forma de su base libre, o de un solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma, como ingrediente activo, junto con uno o más portadores o excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables.
