Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Bilden eines geklebten Florgewebes, das umfaßt:
       eine flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Basislage (17) bereitzustellen,
       florbildendes Garn (10) an die Basislage (17) angrenzend, aber nicht durch sie getuftet, anzuordnen,
       Latex-Klebstoff (80) auf die Rückseite der Basislage (17) aufzutragen und
       den Latex-Klebstoff (80) durch die Basislage (17) hindurch in Kontakt mit dem Garn (10) zu bringen, um das Garn (10) mit der Basislage (17) zu verkleben.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das den weiteren Schritt umfaßt, eine rückenverstärkende Lage (150) aus thermoplastischem Material mit der Rückseite der Basislage (17) zu verkleben.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in dem:
       die flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Basislage eine erste fortlaufende Basislage (17) ist;
       eine zweite fortlaufende flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Basislage (17) bereitgestellt wird;
       die erste und die zweite Basislage (17) zwischen Führungen (16) zugeführt werden, wobei die Basislagen (17), voneinander durch einen Zwischenraum getrennt, parallel liegen;
       das florbildende Garn (10) ununterbrochen fortlaufend ist und gegen gegenüberliegende Oberflächen der Basislagen (17) mit Faltklingen (20, 22) gefaltet wird, während die Basislagen (17) durch die Führungen (16) hindurch zugeführt werden, um das Garn (10) im Zick-zack gefaltet anzuordnen, ohne das Garn (10) durch die Basislagen (17) zu tuften;
       der Latex-Klebstoff (80) durch die Rückseiten jeder der Basislagen (17) hindurch in Kontakt mit dem Garn (10) gedrängt wird, nachdem das Garn (10) zwischen die Basislagen (17) gefaltet worden ist;
       der Latex-Klebstoff (80) getrocknet wird, während er Kontakt mit dem Garn (10) hat, indem die Basislagen (17), zwischen denen sich das gefaltete Garn (10) befindet, durch eine Heizeinrichtung (90) hindurchgeführt werden; und
       das Garn (10) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Basislage (17) nach der Trocknung des Latex-Klebstoffs (80) geschnitten wird, so daß zwei fortlaufende verklebte Florgewebe gebildet werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Führungen (16) die Basislagen (17) in eine senkrechte Lage bringen und der Latex-Klebstoff (80) an einer Stelle unterhalb der Führungen (16) auf die Basislagen (17) aufgetragen wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Heizeinrichtung (90) senkrecht unter der Stelle des Latex-Auftrags angeordnet ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei dem der Latex-Klebstoff (80) gleichzeitig durch die erste und die zweite Basislage (17) hindurchgedrängt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei dem die Basislagen (17), wenn sie zwischen der Stelle des Latex-Auftrages und der Heizeinrichtung (90) zugeführt werden, keine auf ihre Rückseiten ausgeübte seitliche Unterstützung erfahren.
