Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Härten und Abbinden emulgierter Partikel, die in einer Emulsion enthalten sind, welche ein durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbares Material umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man emulgierte Partikel mit einer mittleren Teilchengröße von 0,1 - 5 »m auf einem Substrat durch Härten des erwähnten durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbaren Materials unter Lichtbestrahlung oder Strahlungseinwirkung in einem Beschichtungsverfahren abbindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Menge des durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbaren Materials im Bereich von 1 - 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die erwähnten emulgierten Partikel, liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte Emulsion zusätzlich zu dem durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbaren Material einen Lichthärtungsinitiator und ein Sensibilisierungsmittel umfaßt.
- Kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungsblatt, das auf einem Substrat emulgierte Partikel umfaßt, welche eine mittlere Teilchengröße von 0,1 bis 5 »m aufweisen und ein licht- oder strahlungsgehärtetes Material und einen farblosen Farbstoff für ein kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungspapier umfassen,
wobei die Partikel in einer Emulsion enthalten sind, deren kontinuierliche Schicht ein Oberflächenschicht-Behandlungsmittel aus wenigstens einem Weißpigment oder Füllstoff, einen Puffer für druckempfindliche Aufzeichnungsblätter und ein Bindemittel umfaßt,
wobei das Aufzeichnungsblatt erhältlich ist durch Abbinden der emulgierten Partikel auf dem Substrat, indem man ein durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbares Material unter Lichtbestrahlung oder Strahlungseinwirkung in einem Beschichtungsverfahren härtet. - Kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungsblatt nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Menge des durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbaren Materials im Bereich von 1 - 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die erwähnten emulgierten Partikel, liegt.
- Kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungsblatt nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Emulsion zusätzlich zu dem erwähnten durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbaren Material einen Lichthärtungsinitiator und ein Sensibilisierungsmittel umfaßt.
- Kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungsblatt nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Menge an dem erwähnten Lichthärtungsinitiator 0,1 - 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das erwähnte lichthärtbare Material, beträgt.
- Kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungsblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem erwähnten Bindemittel um ein durch Licht oder Strahlung härtbares Bindemittel handelt.
- Kohlefreies, druckempfindliches Aufzeichnungsblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erwähnte Pigment wenigstens 10 Gew.-% Titandioxid, bezogen auf das Pigment und den Füllstoff, umfaßt.
