Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de réglage et de régulation de la vitesse d'entraînement de bobines de traction (2) dans une tréfileuse multiple à passage direct travaillant sans glissement, dans laquelle une bobine de traction (2) est associée à chaque filière (3) et chaque bobine de traction (2) est entraînée par un mécanisme d'entraînement dont la vitesse de rotation est commandée ou réglée, procédé caractérisé par le fait que, pendant la phase de démarrage de la tréfileuse, on adapte la vitesse de rotation des différents mécanismes d'entraînement des bobines de traction en fonction des paramètres imposés par le processus (diamètre du fil ou réduction de section du fil) dans une série de valeurs de consigne par une régulation de la position de galets palpeurs qui équilibre de manière automatique la série de valeurs de consigne, l'équilibrage étant proportionnel aux rapports de vitesses de rotation des mécanismes d'entraînement des bobines de traction et indépendant des vitesses de rotation absolue ou de consigne et par le fait que, par un ordre de réglage transmis à la régulation de la position des galets palpeurs, on amène lentement les galets palpeurs (4) dans une position finale pour parvenir de manière progressive au mode de passage direct et on opère ensuite la régulation de la vitesse d'entraînement par le procédé connu de réglage ou de régulation à contre-réaction en passage direct et on écarte les galets palpeurs (4) de la zone du fil.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la fait que, par un ordre de réglage délivré à la régulation de la position des galets palpeurs (4) on règle la force (6) des galets palpeurs en fonction de la valeur de consigne de la contre-réaction et on passe au procédé connu de réglage ou de régulation à contre-réaction en passage direct, par le fait que l'on amène lentement les galets palpeurs (4) hors de la zone du fil (1) et on rattrape par le mécanisme d'entraînement des bobines de traction, en liaison avec la régulation (11) de la contre-réaction la diminution de tension opérée par les galets palpeurs (4) jusqu'à ce que l'on obtienne de nouveau la contre-réaction dans la position tendue du fil.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la régulation de la position des galets palpeurs et la régulation de la contre-réaction sont montées en cascade et que chacune des régulations est agencée sous forme de circuit de régulation sous-jacent ou la régulation de la position des galets palpeurs et la régulation de la contre-réaction sont agencées sous forme de régulation parallèle.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la régulation de la position des galets palpeurs et la régulation de la contre-réaction sont opérées par un dispositif de régulation (11) commun par l'intermédiaire duquel les différents paramètres (amplification proportionnelle et temps de réglage) sont commutés en fonction du type de fonctionnement (régulation de galets palpeurs ou régulation de contre réaction), le passage étant réglé de manière à obtenir une transition sans à coups dans le fil.
