Claims (14)
- Dispositif pour l'ébavurage de moules ou de noyaux de moules, en particulier dans les cavités intermédiaires étroites de tels moules, caractérisé par un corps de soutien (1) dont le profil extérieur correspond à la paroi intérieure du moule ou du noyau à traiter et à la périphérie duquel est monté flexible radialement au moins un élément d'ébavurage qui à l'état hors contrainte dépasse légèrement radialement du corps de soutien.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ébavurage est une bague présentant une zone de rupture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone de rupture s'étend inclinée vers l'axe, sous un angle de préférence de 45°.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des lamelles d'ébavurage sont montées en tant qu'élément d'ébavurage axialement coulissantes de sorte que lors du coulissement dans une direction (B) elles reculent (dans la direction C) et lors du coulissement dans la direction opposée (-B), elles avancent (dans la direction -C), les lamelles d'ébavurage (9) présentant une section (12) d'ébavurage, s'étendant au-delà du corps de soutien (1) sous un angle final par rapport à la direction de coulissement (B).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles d'ébavurage (9) sont montées mobiles avec jeu dans la direction de coulissement (B) et perpendiculairement à celle-ci (dans la direction C) dans un espace intermédiaire (2) entre le corps de soutien (1) et une douille de maintien (3) entourant celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles d'ébavurage sont conformées en équerres présentant une aile de guidage s'étendant dans la direction de coulissement (B).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles d'ébavurage (9) sont placées sur une surface inclinée (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface inclinée est conformée dans la partie supérieure d'une bague d'écartement (4) entourant le corps de soutien (1) dans sa partie inférieure.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans différentes zones périphériques, des sections (12) d'ébavurage des éléments d'ébavurage (9) s'étendent radialement sur une distance variable ou présentent des longueurs différentes.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soutien (1) est conformé en chemise cylindrique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de l'association de moyens présente une section sensiblement circulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par plusieurs corps de soutien (1) sur lesquels sont montés des éléments d'ébavurage de manière flexible au moins radialement (dans la direction C).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 12, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs corps de soutien (1) comprenant des éléments d'ébavurage (9) coulissant radialement (dans la direction B) dans ceux-ci et mobiles vers l'intérieur et l'extérieur (dans la direction C), et comportant des sections d'ébavurage s'étendant perpendiculaires à la direction de coulissement (B) sont montés à une plaque de montage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à côté des corps de soutien (1) sont montés des boulons précontraints élastiquement s'étendant parallèles à l'axe du corps de soutien (1).
