Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning a Rotor housing of an open-end spinning unit rotating rotor, with a positionable in the fiber collection groove of the rotor Scraper.
- DE 26 18 094 A1 contains a generic type in one automatic maintenance unit arranged cleaning device described that a retractable into the spinning rotor, to the Has contour of the fiber collecting groove adapted scraper element.
- the scraper element is at the end of a rod attached.
- the scraper element has one Injection device for liquid detergents. By such a device can mechanically collect the fiber groove cleaned and additionally a detergent-air mixture in be blown into the rotor.
- the DE 39 11 946 A1 is especially for small ones Known rotor diameter designed cleaning device.
- the the actual cleaning device is in a housing arranged, which is positioned in front of the open spin box.
- a carrier is pivotally mounted within the housing, whose axis of rotation is offset from the rotor axis and acute-angled is inclined.
- the carrier spatially has one Shape up that end that is filled with the cleaning tool when rotating around the axis describes a circular arc, which the Plane of the fiber collecting groove of the rotor intersects.
- the Cleaning tool is in a forward motion through the rotor opening onto the part of the rotor to be cleaned delivered.
- DE 37 15 934 A1 which is also of the generic type, is a Known cleaning device, the scraper at the end of the Piston rod of a pneumatic thrust piston gear arranged in the direction of the fiber collecting groove in the rotor one OE spinning unit is retractable.
- the scraper points knife-like end part that extends into the fiber collecting groove is sufficient and in the knife level against the direction of rotation of the rotor is angled so that the front edge against the Direction of rotation of the rotor is inclined.
- the formation of the scraper according to the invention has the advantage that the scraper when moving the cleaning device into the Rotor, regardless of its wear, automatically one optimal length that a scraper system in the ground the fiber collecting groove ensures. That way ensured that the scraper from the first to the last Cleaning process, regardless of the degree of pollution of the Spinning rotor, is consistently effective.
- the scraper is preferably in the form of a band Wearing part designed so that the service life of such Cleaning facilities compared to known facilities is significantly extended. Since also the optimal length of the Scraper belt when entering the fiber collecting groove Control inspections can be automatically adjusted largely eliminated by the operating personnel or be significantly restricted. Overall will by the device according to the invention a considerable Relief of the machine personnel achieved.
- the scraper belt with its Sliding device non-positively connected.
- One under Spring force generated on the scraper belt pressure roller doing so between the scraper belt and the driven one Feed roller of the shifting device just as much friction as is necessary to ensure that the scraper belt is sufficiently firm in the To bring the fiber collecting groove of the spinning rotor to the system means to safely clean this critical area guarantee.
- the feed roller if that Scraper belt has come into contact with the fiber collecting groove, slip freely under the scraper belt so that excessive Wear caused by excessive pressure is avoided.
- the displacement device for Scraper belt made of a swivel lever Feed roller, a spring-loaded pressure roller and one connected to the swivel lever with its piston rod Pneumatic cylinder.
- the Piston rod When extending or retracting the Piston rod becomes the feed roller clockwise or turned counterclockwise and takes it the friction between the feed roller and pressure roller clamped scraper belt in the respective direction of rotation of the Feed roller with.
- the arrangement is like this hit that by the feed roller or Pneumatic cylinder initiated feed path of the scraper belt through the installation of the band tip in the fiber collecting groove is limited. That means the feed roller slips in the last one Stage of their rotation under the optimally retracted Scraper tape through.
- Such training ensures on the one hand that the scraper band in the Fiber collecting groove is inserted, on the other hand prevents the contact pressure of the tape tip against the Fiber collecting groove wall becomes too large.
- a stroke limiter is advantageous for this purpose provided that is designed such that the scraper in Feed direction can pass the stroke limiter unhindered, while it is in the reset direction after a certain distance clamped in the stroke limiter and thus blocked. Also in In this case, the feed roller can freely under the Slide the scraper belt through and into its starting position reach.
- the fiber collecting groove of the rotor must be from adhering fiber dust and other dirt cleaned , otherwise it will not be possible to achieve a perfect spinning result is.
- the cleaning head 5 is one Cleaning device shown in section. Of the Cleaning head 5 is one in front of the open rotor housing 1 Open-end rotor spinning unit positioned. Within the Rotor housing 1, a spinning rotor 2 is arranged. The spinning rotor 2 is, as is known and therefore not shown in detail, with its rotor axis 3 is supported on a running disk bearing and has a fiber collecting groove 4 in the area of its rotor head on.
- the cleaning head 5 has one of on the outside of the rotor head adjustable drive device 6, Example of a rubber-tired drive wheel 7 and one (see Fig. 1) retractable into the fiber collecting groove 4 Cleaning device 8 on.
- the cleaning device 8 is thereby as an extendable in the direction of fiber collecting groove 4 Scraper 9 trained.
- the scraper 9 consists of a, in a memory 10 scraper belt 11, which by means of a shifting device 12 in the direction of the fiber collecting groove 4 can be extended or retracted.
- the displacement device 12 consists of a controllable pneumatic cylinder 13, the piston rod 19 on a pivot lever 20 is connected.
- the pivot lever 20 is in turn non-rotatably connected to a feed roller 14.
- the scraper belt 11 is between the feed roller 14 and the pressure roller 15 non-positively clamped and is the extension of the piston rod 19 of the Pneumatic cylinder 13 in the direction of the fiber collecting groove 4 pushed out.
- Actuating element for example one on the spring element 21 acting pressure screw may be provided.
- the flexible, relatively thin scraper band 11 is on the output side supported in a guide channel 22 so that emigration or buckling of the scraper belt 11 when entering the Fiber collecting groove 4 is reliably prevented.
- the filling status or the idling of the Scraper belt store 10 is operated by a sensor device 18 monitors, which is arranged at the output of the memory.
- the Sensor device 18 can be used, for example, as a limit switch be formed with a pressure roller 25 on the Scraper belt 11 rests and one if there is no scraper belt Contact switches.
- the displacement device 12 also has one Stroke limiter 17, which is constructed so that a unrestricted sliding of the scraper belt in the direction of the fiber collecting groove 4 is given while in the opposite direction pushing the scraper belt through the stroke limiter Is blocked.
- the stroke limiter 17 is in turn longitudinally movable in a guide 24 of the cleaning device 5 stored; its displacement is the measure of the return path of the scraper belt 11.
- the stroke limiter 17 can be different To have embodiments. For example, it is possible The scraper belt slides through in the reset direction To prevent the use of a clamping element 23.
- Such one Clamping element can be used, for example, as a wedge element Eccentric roller or the like may be formed.
- the cleaning head 5 is in front the opened rotor housing 1 in position.
- the Pneumatic cylinder 13 is acted on via a line 24, so that its piston rod 19 extends and the pivot lever 20 in Relocated towards S.
- the extension path of the scraper belt 11 is determined by the system the band tip 16 in the fiber collecting groove 4 limited.
- the rotor 2 is driven by the drive device 6, that is, through the drive wheel lying on the outside of the rotor head 7 rotated slowly.
- the material of the scraper belt 11 to Example, a relatively easily wearing plastic ensure that the tape tip 16 fits well to the shape of the Adjusting the fiber collecting groove and thus the entire fiber collecting groove is reliably cleaned.
- a sensor device 18 indicates in good time if that in a scraper belt store 10 scraper belt 11 a Length has reached, which means that the scraper belt will soon be changed seems advisable.
- the invention is not based on the above Embodiment limited, there are both in terms of Sliding device or its drive as well with regard to the stroke limiter or the scraper belt storage further, not described in the present application Embodiments conceivable without the inventive concept is left.
- Essential to the invention is above all that when Retraction of the cleaning device into the rotor automatically the optimal length of the scraper belt is set.
