Definitions

  • the present invention relates to window / door Preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a window is known for example from G 93 08 472 or EP 94 107 819.
  • the object of the present invention is the known Develop windows so that providing additional Locking pairs provide even more secure protection against prying out of the casement is achieved. This task is at the window / door mentioned at the beginning by the features of Claim 1 solved.
  • Fig. 13 shows a window / door with a so-called turn-tilt sash.
  • the sash 1 sits around a lower horizontal Axis 30 can be tilted or about a vertical axis of rotation 31 rotatable on the frame 11.
  • To determine the respective Axis of rotation are so-called locking pairs 32 between the frame 11 and sash 1 provided.
  • Each of these locking pairings 32 consists of individual locking partners, one of whom one on the frame 11 and the other locking partner on the casement 1 sits. Depending on who is engaged located locking partners will therefore either horizontal tilt axis or the vertical axis of rotation of the window / the Door defined. Which of the locking pairs each is engaged, is via rotation of the handle 33 on the casement in conjunction with a known turn-tilt fitting given.
  • the locking pairings 32 in engagement become formed from a mushroom pin 9, which with an associated Entry slot 25 cooperates on the other frame part. This happens because mushroom pin 9 and entry slot 25 relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the entry slot are mobile.
  • the mushroom pin 9 can therefore of the Open the side of the entry slot 25 into it.
  • the thickened mushroom-shaped end engages behind of the mushroom pin 9 the entry slot 25 such that the sash 1 when trying to pry open the tensile Reliable connection between mushroom pin 9 and insertion slot 25 is held.
  • FIGS 3 shows one in particular Detail from a window / door.
  • the whole frame is formed by hollow plastic profiles.
  • Frame 11 additionally shows a metal reinforcement 34 which is continuously inserted into a cavity of the frame 11 is.
  • striker 10 is attached and fixed with the frame 11 connected.
  • the striker is 10 advantageous with continuous screws against the frame 11 screwed, the screws in particular the metal reinforcement 34 penetrate and in this way Firmly anchor striker 10 to frame 11.
  • the sash 1 has the fitting groove 5 here. In the fitting groove 5, the window fitting 6 is inserted.
  • Such Window fitting 6 consists of a cover rail 7 and a drive rod slidingly guided along the cover rail 7 8.
  • the drive rod 8 is, what is known per se, about the Handle 33 set in motion and along the cover rail 7 proceed.
  • the drive rod 8 in turn drives one Locking partner 12, which is assigned to the striker 10 is.
  • the locking partner 12 is therefore rigid with the drive rod 8 connected.
  • the cover rail 7 in Connection area between locking partner 12 and drive rod 8 slots 37 on.
  • These elongated holes 37 are from drive rod bolts 36 enforced. This creates between the drive rod 8 and the locking partner 12 on the Connecting rod a rigid connection, by means of which the Locking partner synchronized and aligned with the drive rod 8 is moved when operating the handle 33.

  • FIG. 1 and 4 agree that there Entry slot 25 and mushroom pin 9 raised on the drive rod 8 sit. They form a so-called first closing part.
  • entry slot 25 and mushroom pin 9 are in one common connecting plate 26 arranged.
  • the connecting plate 26 lies tight with its flat back surface 27 on the counter surface of the adjacent cover rail 7 and via the drive rod bolts shown in FIG. 3 and already described 36 move together with the drive rod 8.
  • Entry slot 25 and mushroom pin 9 on the drive rod 8 are another mushroom pin 9 and an associated entry slot 25 assigned to frame 11.
  • the latter two Locking elements sit on another connecting plate 26 and form the so-called second closing part.
  • An intermediate middle position, shown in Fig. 1,4, is for first and second Locking part without intervention. In this middle position therefore open the casement 1 with respect to the frame 11.
  • a side open Slot 28 in which the mushroom pin 9, the rigid with the frame 11 is connected can retract laterally. After the mushroom pin 9 to a certain extent in the side Slot 28 is retracted, it reaches a longitudinal plane in the associated striker 12. On both sides of the side slot 28 extends in this longitudinal plane to both longitudinal directions the fitting 6 of the entry slot 25, as described above. Is the striker 12, which with the Connecting rod 8 is connected, in the middle position shown, can therefore the casement 1 with respect to the frame 11th be opened or closed. If the sash 1 is closed, is then the drive rod via the handle 33 8 set in motion. The striker 12 driven accordingly and the associated mushroom pin 9 on Frame 11 can be in the assigned entry slot 25 drive in.
  • Fig.5 and 6 The difference between Fig.5 and 6 is that in the case of Figure 5, only a mushroom pin is provided. This mushroom bolt therefore acts with a different entry slot 25 together, depending on the rotational position or the tilt position of the casement 1. Deviating from this 6 shows that two mushroom bolts are provided, which in turn are arranged on a common connecting plate 26 become. In this case only one mushroom bolt works at a time either for the closed position of the window sash or for the tilt position. The side slot 28 must, however be correspondingly wider. This also has the advantage that the striker 12 on the casement with accordingly larger contact area is attached to the fitting 6. Therefore, the fitting 6 is additionally reinforced against deflection.
  • FIG. 7 shows that on the drive rod 8 Locking part 12 can be attached, which two to the outside has entry slots 25 open at the ends.
  • a mushroom pin pair 9 is rigidly connected to the frame 11.
