Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Walzen von Fertigprofilen aus einem Vorprofil mittels einer, im Reversierbetrieb arbeitenden Walzgerüstanordnung, die eine Kompaktwalzgruppe, bestehend aus einem eingangsseitigen ersten Universalgerüst, einem ausgangsseitigen zweiten Universalgerüst und einem, zwischen diesen Universalgerüsten angeordneten Stauch-Zwischengerüst bildet, wobei der Kompaktwalzgruppe, querversetzt, parallel zu deren Walzlinie eine, aus zwei oder mehr Walzgerüsten bestehende Vorwalzgruppe mit freiem Walzgutauslauf und eine, zwischen beiden Walzlinien angeordnete Querverschiebeeinrichtung vorgeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Ausstattung mindestens eines Walzgerüstes der Vorwalzgruppe und/oder eines Walzgerüstes der Kompaktwalzgruppe mit mehreren durch Querverschiebung der Walzen oder der Walzgerüste oder des herangeführten Walzgutes in und außer Walzstellung bringbaren Wahlkalibern, die Formung des rechteckigen oder vorgeformten Vorprofils in den Walzgerüsten der Vorwalzgruppe, reversierend in einer Reihe von Formgebungs- und Formreduzierwalzstichen unter Einsatz der Wahlkaliber, und anschließend in der Kompaktwalzgruppe, ebenfalls reversierend, in mehreren Formgebungs- und Formreduzierstichen im eingangsseitigen Universalgerüst und im Stauchzwischengerüst, wieder unter Einsatz der Wahlkaliber, anschließend im ausgangsseitigen Universalgerüst zu dem Fertigprofil fertiggewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Vorprofil (VP) in der Vorwalzgruppe stehend gewalzt wird. - Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Schienen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Ausstattung der Vorwalzgruppe mit einem Universalgerüst (VUG) und einem, zwei Wahlkaliber (WH1; WH2) aufweisenden Horizontalgerüst (VHG) und des Stauchzwischengerüstes (SZG) der Kompaktwalzgruppe ebenfalls mit zwei Wahlkalibern (WE1, WE2), die Formung eines rechteckigen Vorprofils (VP) zu einem Schienenprofil durch fünf oder mehr Stiche und Reversierstiche zwischen dem Universalgerüst (VUG) und dem Horizontalgerüst (VHG) der Vorwalzgruppe eingeleitet wird, wobei profilierte Horizontalwalzen (HW) des Universalgerüstes (VUG) in das Profil zwei, einander gegenüberliegende, versetzt zur Profillängsmitte verlaufende Kammerbuchten (KB) bilden, und daß jeweils anschließend durch das eine oder das andere Wahlkaliber (WH1; WH2) des Horizontalgerüstes (VHG) der Vorwalzgruppe seitlich der Kammerbuchten (KB) die Kopf- und Flanschansätze des entstehenden Schienenprofils vorgeformt und formreduziert und das entstehende Schienenprofil reversierend nach drei oder mehr Stichen im eingangsseitigen Universalgerüst (EUG) der Kompaktwalzgruppe und den beiden Wahlkalibern (WE1; WE2) des Stauchzwischengerüstes (SZG) in einem weiteren Stich durch das ausgangsseitige Universalgerüst (AUG) zum Schienenprofil fertiggewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Verwendung eines dog-bone-geformten Vorprofils (VP) anstelle eines rechteckigen Vorprofils, die mittigen Ausbuchtungen des Vorprofils (VP) durch die Profilwalzen (HW) des Universalgerüstes (VUG) der Vorwalzgruppe zu den Kammerbuchten (KB) gebildet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Verwendung eines schienenprofilähnlichen Vorprofils (VP) anstelle eines rechteckigen Vorprofils und eines Vertikalwalzgerüstes (VVG), anstelle des Universalgerüstes in der Vorwalzgruppe das Vorprofil (VG) beidendig stauchend beaufschlagt wird und das Stauchzwischengerüst (SZG) der Kompaktwalzgruppe drei Wahlkaliber (WE1, WE2, WE3) aufweist, wobei das Vorprofil (VP) so bemessen ist, daß seine Flanschansätze dem 1,2- bis 4-Fachen der Kopfbreite und der andere Flansch dem 1,2- bis 3-Fachen der Fußbreite des fertigen Schienenprofils entsprechen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Verwendung eines Vorprofils (VP) mit pfropfenartigem Querschnitt anstelle eines rechteckigen Vorprofils und Verwendung nur eines Duo-Horizontalgerüstes (VHG) als Vorgerüst, das Vorprofil in Vorwalzgruppe reversierend in drei Stichen aufeinanderfolgend vorgeformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Verwendung eines Vorprofils (VP) mit trapezförmigem Querschnitt anstelle eines rechteckigen Vorprofils und Verwendung eines Duo-Vertikalgerüstes (VVG) als Vorgerüst das Vorprofil in der Vorwalzgruppe reversierend in drei Stichen aufeinanderfolgend vorgeformt wird.
