Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung, insbesondere einer quaderartigen Verpackung, wobei die Vorrichtung dazu vorgesehen ist, mit der Verpackung im Bereich einer Öffnungszone (1), in der eine Ausgießzone (2) für das in der Verpackung enthaltene Produkt integriert ist, verbunden zu werden, wobei die Öffnungszone (1) mit Vorstanzungen (3) versehen ist, die dazu vorgesehen sind, das Öffnen der Verpackung beim erstmaligen Gebrauch zu ermöglichen, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    ein Randelement bzw. einen Bund (5), der mit der Verpackung im Bereich des Umfangs der Öffnungszone (1) verbunden ist;
    einen Deckel (6), der dazu vorgesehen ist, im Zusammenwirken mit dem Randelement bzw. Bund (5) die Öffnungszone reversibel zu verschließen, wobei der Deckel an dem Randelement (5) befestigt ist;
    einen Hebel (8), der in der die Vorrichtung enthaltenden Horizontalebene gelenkig angeordnet ist, und der dazu vorgesehen ist, bei seiner Betätigung das Aufbrechen der Ausgießzone (2) im Bereich der Vorstanzungen herbeizuführen, wobei der Hebel (8) aus zwei Teilen besteht, die beidseits der Achse (9) angeordnet sind:
    einem ersten Teil (10), das dazu vorgesehen ist, durch Hebelwirkung zunächst ein Teil der Vorstanzungen (3), die die Ausgießzone (2) definieren, zu durchbrechen, um das effektive Öffnen der Verpackung zu ermöglichen, und dann im Inneren der so geöffneten Verpackung gehalten zu werden;
    einem zweiten Teil (11), das den auf den ersten Teil (10) wirkenden Hebelarm bildet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    daß sich die Gelenkachse (9) des Hebels (8) gegenüber der Öffnungszone (1) befindet,
    und daß der zweite Teil (11) des Hebels (8) dazu vorgesehen ist, nach dem Zusammenwirken mit dem ersten Teil (10) in den Bereich seiner Ausgangsstellung umgeklappt zu werden, d.h. parallel und in der den umfänglichen Bund (5) enthaltenden Ebene.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teil (10) mit der Gelenkachse (9) durch eine biegsame Lasche verbunden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teil (10) seitliche Rippen (12) aufweist, deren hinteres Ende (10) mit der Vorderseite (14) des zweiten Teils (11) zusammenwirkt, um einen Hebel zu bilden.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teil (10) eine Rückseite aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, mit der Vorderseite (14) des zweiten Teils (11) zusammenzuwirken, um einen Hebel zu bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende des ersten Teils (10) mit einer Spitze (15) ausgestattet ist, derart, um das Aufbrechen der Vorstanzungen (3) der Ausgießzone (2) zu erleichtern.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teil (10) mit einem in Richtung der Öffnungszone gerichteten mittleren Vorsprung (15) ausgestattet ist, wobei sich der Vorsprung relativ verjüngt, derart, um das Aufbrechen der die Ausgießzone definierenden Vorstanzungen zu erleichtern.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umfängliche Bund (5) im Bereich der Ausgießzone bezüglich des Bundes nach innen gerichtete Nasen (16) aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen sind, mit dem hinteren Ende (13) der seitlichen Rippen (12), mit denen der erste Teil (10) ausgestattet ist, oder mit der Rückseite des ersten Teils (10) zusammenzuwirken, um nach Perforierung der Vorstanzungen (3) den ersten Teil im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene der Öffnungszone (1) zu halten, damit dieser nicht das Ausgießen der Flüssigkeit aus der Verpackung stört.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Teil (11) um die Gelenkachse (9) gelenkig beweglich ist, und daß er mit einem Vorsprung (18) ausgestattet ist, der von einem durchgehenden Loch durchbohrt ist, und der im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene dieses Teils ausgebildet ist, und der dazu vorgesehen ist, eine vorgestanzte Öffnung (4) zu durchbohren, die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Luftkanal zu bilden, und die im Bereich der Öffnungszone (1) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Verpakkung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (18) seinem unteren Ende (19) benachbart eine Wulst oder ringförmigen Vorsprung (20) aufweist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, mit den Rändern der so geschaffenen Öffnung (4) zusammenzuwirken, um den zweiten Teil in einer solchen Position zu halten, daß dieser nicht das Öffnen und Schließen des Deckels (6) auf dem umfänglichen Bund (5) beeinträchtigt.
  10. Verpackung für eine Flüssigkeit, die nach einem ersten Öffnen wieder geschlossen werden kann, und die in Form eines Parallelepipeds aus Karton ausgebildet ist, deren Oberseite eine Öffnungszone (1) aufweist, die mit Vorstanzungen (3) versehen ist, und außerdem aufweist:
    ein Randelement oder einen Bund (5), der mit der Verpackung im Bereich des Umfangs der Öffnungszone (1) verbunden ist;
    einen Deckel (6), der in Zusammenwirken mit dem Randelement oder Bund (5) dazu vorgesehen ist, die Öffnungszone (1) reversibel zu verschließen, wobei der Deckel mit dem Randelement (5) gelenkig (7) verbunden ist;
    einen Hebel (8), der in einer die Vorrichtung enthaltenden Ebene gegenüber der Öffnungszone (1) gelenkig angeordnet ist und dazu vorgesehen ist, bei seiner Betätigung das Aufbrechen einer Ausgießzone (2) im Bereich der Vorstanzungen (3) herbeizuführen, wobei der Hebel (8) aus zwei Teilen besteht, die beidseits der Gelenkachse (9) angeordnet sind:
    einem ersten Teil (10), der dazu vorgesehen ist, die Vorstanzungen (3), die die Ausgießzone (2) definieren, zu durchbrechen, um das effektive Öffnen der Verpackung zu ermöglichen, und dann im Inneren der so geöffneten Verpackung gehalten zu werden;
    einem zweiten Teil (11), das den auf den ersten Teil wirkenden Hebelarm bildet;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    daß die Gelenkachse (9) des Hebels (8) gegenüber der Öffnungszone (1) angeordnet ist,
    und daß der zweite Teil (11) des Hebels (8) dazu vorgesehen ist, nach dem Zusammenwirken mit dem ersten Teil (10) in den Bereich seiner Ausgangsstellung umgeklappt zu werden, d.h. parallel und in der den umfänglichen Bund (5) enthaltenden Ebene.
  11. Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    daß der zweite Teil (11) des Hebels (8) um die Gelenkachse (9) gelenkig beweglich ist,
    daß er mit einem Vorsprung (18) versehen ist, der von einem durchgehenden Loch durchbohrt ist, und der im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene dieses Teils ausgebildet ist, und der dazu vorgesehen ist, eine vorgestanzte Öffnung (4) zu durchbohren, die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Luftkanal zu bilden, und die im Bereich der Öffnungszone (1) ausgebildet ist;
    und der Vorsprung (18) seinem unteren Ende (19) benachbart eine Wulst oder einen ringförmigen Vorsprung (20) aufweist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, mit den Rändern der so geschaffenen Öffnung (4) zusammenzuwirken, um den zweiten Teil in einer solchen Position festzuhalten, daß dieser nicht das Öffnen und Schließen des Deckels (10) auf dem umfänglichen Bund (5) beeinträchtigt.
