Claims (19)
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer Tissue- oder Hygienepapierbahn, mit zumindest einer Schuhpreßeinheit, wobei eine eine Anpreßeinheit und einen Trockenzylinder umfassende Hauptpresse vorgesehen ist und zumindest die Anpreßeinheit der Hauptpresse zur Bildung einer Schuhpresse mit in Bahnlaufrichtung verlängertem Preßspalt durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit gebildet ist und die in Bahnlaufrichtung betrachtet erste Schuhpresse so ausgelegt ist, daß ein in deren Preßspalt durch eine spezielle Formgebung des jeweiligen Preßschuhes unter Berücksichtigung des Radius einer Gegenwalze, einer Preßmantel- und Filzdicke sowie einer dynamischen Kompressibilität der verwendeten Preßfilze über die Spaltlänge (L) erzeugtes Druckprofil p(L) einen progressiven Druckanstieg aufweist, der im Bereich des Spaltanfanges beginnt und sich über wenigstens ein Drittel, vorzugsweise wenigstens die Hälfte, der Spaltlänge (L) erstreckt, wobei
eine in dem Preßspalt der Hauptpresse erzeugte maximale Linienkraft (FL) geringer als 250 kN/m und ein im Bereich des Spaltanfanges vorliegender Druckanstiegsgradient geringer als 50 kPa/mm ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhpreßeinheit eine Schuhpreßwalze ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bahnlaufrichtung hinter der ersten Schuhpresse eine zweite Schuhpresse vorgesehen ist, daß die Länge (L) des Preßspaltes der ersten Schuhpresse größer oder gleich 100 mm ist und daß die Länge (L) des Preßspaltes der zweiten Schuhpresse in einem Bereich von etwa 60 bis etwa 130 mm liegt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptpresse die in Bahnlaufrichtung betrachtete erste Presse ist und daß in Bahnlaufrichtung vor dieser ersten Presse eine Vorwärmund/oder Vortrockeneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, um die Faserstoffbahn vorzutrocknen beziehungsweise vorzuwärmen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorwärm- und/oder Vortrockeneinrichtung wenigstens einen Wärmestrahler und/oder wenigstens einen Dampfblaskasten umfaßt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorwärm- und/oder Vortrockeneinrichtung wenigstens eine Absaugeinheit umfaßt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugeinheit wenigstens einen Saugkasten und/oder wenigstens eine Saugwalze umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine einer Vorpresse zugeordnete Preßeinheit durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit und die erste Schuhpresse durch diese Vorpresse gebildet ist, daß auch die Anpreßeinheit der Hauptpresse durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit gebildet ist und daß die Länge (L) des Preßspaltes der Hauptpresse in einem Bereich von etwa einem Drittel bis etwa zwei Drittel der Länge (L) des Preßspaltes der Vorpresse liegt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Vorpresse zugeordnete Preßeinheit durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit und die erste Schuhpresse durch diese Vorpresse gebildet ist, daß auch die Anpreßeinheit der Hauptpresse durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit gebildet ist und daß die Länge (L) des Preßspaltes der Vorpresse in einem Bereich von etwa 100 bis etwa 250 mm und die Länge (L) des Preßspaltes der Hauptpresse in einem Bereich von etwa 50 bis etwa 100 mm liegt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckanstiegsgradient in der ersten Schuhpresse bei neuwertigen Filzen im Bereich des Spaltanfanges geringer oder gleich 30 kPa/mm ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßeinheit der Hauptpresse durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit, vorzugsweise eine Schuhpreßwalze, gebildet ist und daß in deren Preßspalt der mittlere Gradient des Druckabfalles am Spaltende in einem Bereich von etwa 500 bis 1000 kPa/mm liegt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßeinheit der Vorpresse durch eine Schuhpreßeinheit, vorzugsweise eine Schuhpreßwalze, gebildet ist und daß in deren Preßspalt der mittlere Gradient des Druckabfalles am Spaltende in einem Bereich von etwa 500 bis 1000 kPa/mm liegt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linienkraft (FL) in der durch die Vorpresse gebildeten ersten Presse höher ist als die in der durch die Hauptpresse gebildeten zweiten Presse und daß der maximale Druck (pmax) in der zweiten Presse höher ist als der in der ersten Presse.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der Preßspalt der Hauptpreßzone einfach befilzt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Filzband durch den Preßspalt der Vorpresse als auch durch den Preßspalt der Hauptpresse geführt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßspalt wenigstens der Vorpresse doppelt befilzt ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oberes Filzband sowohl durch den Preßspalt der Vorpresse als auch durch den Preßspalt der Hauptpresse und zusätzlich ein unteres Filzband durch den Preßspalt der Vorpresse geführt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßmantel der Anpreßwalze in seiner Anpreßfläche Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme von ausgepreßtem Wasser besitzt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel der Schuhpreßwalze der Vorpresse an seiner Außenfläche keine Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme von Wasser besitzt.
