Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de renvidage pour fils continus avec au moins un centre de tournage (6a) pour au moins une broche de serrage (8, 10), laquelle est reliée à des dispositifs d'entraînement (80, 83, 67), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une commande électrique et une commande mécanique ou pneumatique (33, 35), reliées pour une action concomitante aux dispositifs d'entraînement par l'intermédiaire de circuits (52, 72) au moyen de plusieurs translateurs de rotation (50, 70) disposés dans le centre de tournage (6a), sont affectées aux dispositifs d'entraînement, chaque translateur de rotation possédant un rotor (53, 73) et un stator (54, 74), les circuits (52 ou 72) étant conduits le long du centre de tournage (6a) vers l'un des translateurs de rotation sur une tourelle (6), les circuits (52, 72) étant conduits à l'intérieur d'un tube (51) disposé coaxialement du centre de tournage (6a), lequel est placé sur un bâti (14), et la partie stationnaire ou le stator (54) d'un translateur de rotation (50, 70) étant fixé sur le tube (51) coaxialement à la tourelle (6) à l'intérieur de celle-ci, et des circuits (52) étant conduits d'une commande (33) à l'intérieur d'un arbre (12) de la tourelle (6) vers le translateur de rotation (50), et un translateur de rotation (50) étant disposé à l'intérieur de la tourelle (6) où il est en partie fixé à une entretoise (62) de la tourelle (6), et un second translateur de rotation (70) étant fixé à l'extérieur de la tourelle.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tourelle (6) portant plusieurs broches de serrage (8, 10) est logée pivotante sur paliers dans le bâti (14) et est reliée à un premier dispositif d'entraînement (120) qui est connecté à une commande électrique et/ou mécanique (33, 35) par l'intermédiaire de l'un des translateurs de rotation (70) et de circuits (72).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une broche de serrage (8) possède un dispositif d'entraînement (80) notamment électrique qui est relié à la commande notamment électrique (33) par l'intermédiaire de l'un des translateurs de rotation (50) et de circuits (52, 52').
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un stator (74) est disposé autour de l'arbre (12) et fixé à une partie du bâti (14).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tourelle (6) présente un plateau tournant (61) logé rotatif sur paliers dans le bâti (14), lequel est relié à l'entretoise (62) par l'intermédiaire de montants (63).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les rotors (53, 73) sont fixés à l'entretoise (62) de la tourelle (6).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le plateau tournant (61) et l'entretoise (62) s'étendent des axes (65, 66) parallèles à l'axe du centre de tournage (6a), ces axes étant logés sur paliers dans la tourelle (6) de manière à pouvoir pivoter et se déplacer longitudinalement.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un axe (65) peut se déplacer longitudinalement au moyen d'un mécanisme de commande (67) qui est fixé sur l'entretoise (62) de la tourelle (6).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des bras articulés (16, 81) portant des broches de serrage (8, 10) sont fixés sur la tourelle (6), ces bras pivotants (16, 81) étant reliés de préférence de manière rigide notamment aux axes (65, 66).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les broches de serrage (8, 10) peuvent être entraînées par des arbres (4) qui sont logés pivotant sur paliers sur un bras articulé (81, 16) dans le tube porteur (8a) et pourvus de dispositifs d'entraînement (80).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'entraînement (80) est un moteur électrique, le rotor (80a) étant directement monté sur l'arbre (4) et le boîtier (80b) étant bridé sur le bras articulé (81) ou sur le tube porteur (8a).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un moteur électrique est placé dans le dispositif d'entraînement (40) pour le cylindre tachymétrique (2), moteur dont le rotor est monté directement sur l'arbre qui est relié au cylindre tachymétrique (2) et qui est logé sur paliers dans le bâti (14), le boîtier du dispositif d'entraînement (40) étant directement fixé au bâti (14).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le rotor est soutenu par un palier supplémentaire dans le boîtier ou le bâti.
