Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif destiné à la protection de l'équipage d'un véhicule militaire et à l'entrée et la sortie de l'équipage en tant que trappe (1) qui est montée à l'arrière du véhicule de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal (16) situé au niveau du fond du véhicule et qui peut adopter une position de fermeture en étant adjacente au véhicule et une position d'ouverture en reposant sur le sol (13) ou presque, dispositif dans lequel la trappe (1) est conçue avec une double paroi au moyen d'une plaque (3) montée sur la trappe (1) de façon à pouvoir pivoter et d'un bord (2) qui s'étendent sur la largeur de la trappe (1) et qui forment la paroi interne de la trappe (1), la trappe (1) d'une part et la plaque (3) d'autre part peuvent adopter différentes positions fonctionnelles en ce qui concerne l'angle d'ouverture entre la position complètement fermée et celle complètement ouverte et un contour intérieur (1,2,3) de la trappe (1) est conformé de façon à ce qu'une surface horizontale prolongée (5) se forme en tant qu'espace pour les pieds et en tant que surface pour la station debout en cas de position fonctionnelle partiellement ouverte B de la trappe (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un emplacement de combat (9) protégé vers le bas et sur les côtés et ouvert vers le haut est formé pour plusieurs soldats en cas de position de la trappe (1) dans la position fonctionnelle partiellement ouverte B et dans la position fonctionnelle fermée de la plaque (3).

  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un espace d'alerte (6) supplémentaire est formé à l'arrière du véhicule.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un espace creux (4) et un espace de retenue sont formés au moyen de la plaque (3), du bord (2) et de la conformation arrière de la trappe (1).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la trappe (1) peut adopter au moins deux positions fonctionnelles A et B entre les positions complètement fermée et complètement ouverte et la plaque (3) y associée peut adopter au moins les positions fonctionnelles ouverte ou fermée.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que 1' emplacement de combat (9) est complété par une traverse transversale (7) en tant que traverse fixe entre les parois latérales de capot (19) saillant vers l'arrière en tant qu'élément de protection et en tant que support pour les soldats se trouvant sur l'emplacement de combat, le contour supérieur de la trappe (1) formant avec le bord inférieur de la traverse transversale (7) par exemple également un contact de lignes s'accordant exactement dans une position d'angle correspondante de la trappe (1) ouverte.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'espace d'alerte (9) est complété par la traverse transversale (7) en tant que traverse fixe entre les parois latérales de capot (19) saillant vers l'arrière comme élément de protection pour les soldats se trouvant dans l'espace d'alerte.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales de capot (19) saillant vers l'arrière et façonnées en surface vers l'arrière et le bas, qui se trouvent des deux côtés de la trappe arrière, forment conjointement avec la trappe (1) ouverte dans la position fonctionnelle A et avec la plaque (3) ayant pivoté en hauteur un espace d'alerte (9) fermé et protégé partout sur les côtés et vers le bas.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'espace d'alerte formé (9) libère par le façonnage correspondant d'au moins une paroi latérale de capot (19) un trou d'homme ou passage de l'espace d'alerte vers l'extérieur.
