Abstract
Description
Ein Rollenschneidgerät verfügt über eine Schneidplatte mit einer in der Regel rechteckigen Grundfläche. An zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Kanten, üblicherweise den kürzeren Kanten, sind Seitenwangen angeordnet, wobei zwischen den Seitenwangen eine Traverse angeordnet ist, an der ein Rollenschneidkopf längsbeweglich gehaltert ist. Die Traverse mit dem Rollenschneidkopf ist dabei derart an der Rollenschneidmaschine angeordnet, dass mit dem scheibenförmigen, drehbaren Messer im Rollenschneidkopf entlang einer Längskante der Schneidplatte das zu schneidende Gut, wie Papier, Pappe, Kunststofffolien oder dergleichen Materialien im gewünschten Format zugeschnitten werden kann. Bei einem Balkenschneidgerät ist ein Schneidbalken mit einem vorzugsweise bogenförmig gekrümmten Messer versehen, wobei der Schneidbalken einenends drehbeweglich an einer Seitenwange gehaltert ist, um das zu schneidende Gut durch ein Verschwenken des Schneidbalkens entlang einer Längskante der Schneidplatte im gewünschten Format zuzuschneiden.
In besonders vorteilhafter Weise ist ein Rollenschneidgerät mit einem oder mehreren der vorstehend beschriebenen Merkmale ausgestattet, um insgesamt seine Funktionalität sowie sein Schneidergebnis zu verbessern und die Handhabung zu erleichtern.

Im Bereich dieser Öffnung 15 ist von ihrem Kantenbereich aus eine weitere Ausnehmung in der vorderen Wand 2c in Richtung Öffnung 15 eingearbeitet derart, dass in letzterer 2c ein Steg 16 gebildet ist. Dieser Steg 16 ist derart angeordnet, dass eine Schraube 17, die in dieser Zeichnung von unten her in den domartigen Vorsprung 14 eingeschraubt ist, mit ihrem Schraubenkopf bzw. einer weiteren Unterlegscheibe mit diesem Steg 16 zusammenwirkt. Somit ist es möglich, durch diese Schraubverbindung die Seitenwange 5 an der Schneidplatte 2 sehr randnah zu befestigen.
Vorteilhafterweise sind an einem Rollenschneid- oder Balkenschneidgerät mehrere dieser domartigen Vorsprünge 14 bzw. Öffnungen 15 ausgebildet.
Die Vorsprünge 5b an dem Abschnitt 5a der Seitenwange 5 durchgreifen von der Schneidgutauflage 2b aus die Schneidplatte 2. Diese Vorsprünge 5b sind, wie bereits schon erwähnt, so dimensioniert, dass bei eventueller Durchbiegung der Schneidplatte 2 ein sich eventuell zwischen der Schneidgutauflage 2b und der Unterkante des Abschnittes 5a abschnittsweise bildender Spalt eine sichere Anlage eines auf der Schneidgutauflage 2b aufgelegten Schneidgutes an dem Abschnitt 5a der Seitenwange 5 gewährleistet ist.
Mit Bezugszeichen 5c ist eine Versteifungsrippe in der Seitenwange 5 bezeichnet. Zudem ist noch ersichtlich, dass die Schneidplatte 2 im Bereich ihrer Längskante 2a mit ihrem äußeren Randbereich, also nur seitwärts, auf einem Körpervorsprung 5d der Seitenwange 5 abgestützt ist. Im Bereich zwischen den beiden Seitenwangen 5 erfolgt die biegesteife Abstützung der Längskante 2a durch die in der Schneidplatte 2 ausgebildete Sicke 10, wie bereits weiter vorn beschrieben ist.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Klemmleiste (11) entweder nur einseitig eingespannt oder eine beidseitig eingespannte Klemmleiste (11) im mittleren Bereich der Längskante (2a) in Richtung von der Schneidplatte (2) weg aufgewölbt ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klemmleiste (11) aus Kunststoff besteht, insbesondere durchsichtig ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klemmleiste (11) lösbar an der Schneidvorrichtung befestigbar ist, insbesondere an einem Rollenschneidgerät (1) oder einem Balkenschneidgeräte. - Rollenschneidgerät (1) mit zwei Seitenwangen (5) zum Haltern einer Traverse (3) für einen Rollenschneidkopf (4), wobei die Seitenwangen (5) an einer Schneidplatte (2) angeordnet sind und die Seitenwangen (5) und die Schneidplatte (2) über zueinander korrespondierende Vorsprünge (12) und Vertiefungen oder Ausnehmungen (13) verfügen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Seitenwangen (5) einen domartigen Vorsprung (14) aufweisen, der eine entsprechende Öffnung (15) in der Schneidplatte (2) durchgreift und eine im domartigen Vorsprung (14) angeordnete Schraube mit ihrem Schraubenkopf mit einem Steg (16) der Schneidplatte (29) zusammenwirkt. - Rollenschneidgerät (1) nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Steg (16) in einem um 90° abgewinkelten Kantenbereich (17) der Schneidplatte (2) ausgebildet ist. - Rollenschneidgerät (1) nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an den Seitenwangen (5) Abschnitte (5a) als Anschlagskanten für das Schneidgut ausgebildet sind, insbesondere an den Abschnitten (5a) Vorsprünge (5b) vorgesehen sind, die die Schneidplatte (2) durchgreifen. - Rollenschneidgerät (1)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
