Claims (11)
- Tube de pulvérisation (2 ; 42 ; 57) d'un lave-vaisselle à convoyeur, pour pulvériser du produit à laver avec un liquide, contenant une pluralité de buses (4, 6, 8, 10 ; 4', 6', 8', 10' ; 72), qui sont disposées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction longitudinale du tube, et une entrée (12), de laquelle du liquide peut s'écouler dans la direction longitudinale du tube vers les buses, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins lorsque deux buses se suivent dans la direction d'alimentation du liquide (24), la buse la plus proche de l'entrée (12) a une ouverture de buse de plus grande section transversale d'ouverture que la buse adjacente, plus éloignée de l'entrée (12).
- Tube de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de buse (5, 7, 9, 11 ; 5', 7', 9', 11') d'au moins la buse (4 ; 4' ; 72) placée le plus près de l'entrée, de préférence de deux ou plusieurs buses successives placées le plus près de l'entrée, présente une direction de sortie (14, 16, 18) qui est obliquement opposée à la direction d'alimentation du liquide (24) vue depuis l'entrée (12) vers les buses, suivant un angle d'inclinaison (α), l'angle d'inclinaison (α) étant défini entre la direction de sortie (14, 16, 18) de l'ouverture de buse et un plan transversal théorique (22) qui s'étend à angle droit par rapport à la direction d'alimentation de liquide (24).
- Tube de pulvérisation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de buse d'au moins deux buses successives sont inclinées suivant une orientation obliquement opposée à la direction d'alimentation du liquide (24), l'angle d'inclinaison (α) des buses suivantes étant inférieur à l'angle d'inclinaison des buses précédentes.
- Tube de pulvérisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que dans la direction d'alimentation du liquide (24), l'au moins une buse (4, 6, 8 ; 4', 6', 8'), qui présente une ouverture de buse inclinée, est suivie d'au moins une ou de préférence de plusieurs buses (10 ; 10') dont les ouvertures de buse (11 ; 11') ne sont pas inclinées, mais qui s'étendent à angle droit par rapport à la direction d'alimentation du fluide (24).
- Tube de pulvérisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les buses, au moins les buses avec une ouverture de buse inclinée, sont disposées dans un renfoncement (30) de la surface extérieure du tube de pulvérisation.
- Tube de pulvérisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de buse (5', 7', 9', 11') sont des trous oblongs.
- Tube de pulvérisation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal (58) des trous oblongs, vu de dessus sur le tube de pulvérisation, forme avec l'axe médian axial du tube (26) un angle qui vaut 90°, de préférence qui est inférieur à 90°, de préférence qui est compris entre 80° et 50°, et plus préférablement qui est compris entre 75° et 65°.
- Tube de pulvérisation selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les trous oblongs présentent, dans la région centrale de leur étendue longitudinale, un étranglement (44) où l'ouverture de buse a une plus petite largeur que dans chacune des régions d'extrémité adjacentes (46, 48).
- Lave-vaisselle à convoyeur, caractérisé par au moins un tube de pulvérisation (2 ; 42 ; 57) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans une zone de pulvérisation (66), de préférence dans une zone de lavage, pour pulvériser du liquide sur le produit à laver.
- Lave-vaisselle à convoyeur, dans lequel, dans au moins une zone de pulvérisation (66), sont disposés plusieurs tubes de pulvérisation supérieurs et/ou inférieurs (2 ; 42 ; 57), transversalement à la direction de transport de la vaisselle (64), au moins l'un de ces tubes de pulvérisation étant réalisé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas du premier tube de pulvérisation supérieur et/ou inférieur (2 ; 42 ; 57) de la zone de pulvérisation (66) dans la direction de transport de la vaisselle, les ouvertures de buse (72) sont inclinées obliquement vers l'avant en s'écartant de la verticale (76) dans la direction de transport de la vaisselle (64) et/ou dans le cas du dernier tube de pulvérisation supérieur et/ou inférieur (2 ; 42 ; 57) de la zone de pulvérisation (66) dans la direction de transport de la vaisselle (64), les ouvertures de buse (72) sont inclinées obliquement vers l'arrière en s'écartant de la verticale (76) à l'opposé de la direction de transport de la vaisselle (64).
- Lave-vaisselle à convoyeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les premiers et derniers tubes de pulvérisation supérieurs et/ou inférieurs, on dispose d'autres tubes de pulvérisation dans lesquels les ouvertures de buses (72) sont orientées verticalement.
