Claims (14)
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700) destiné à relier au moins deux composants (11, 12) au moyen d'un rivet (20), ledit dispositif comprenant un poinçon (15) et un contre-support (18), entre lesquels au moins deux composants (11, 12) et le rivet (20) peuvent être disposés, un système vibrant (39) comportant le poinçon (15) et un convertisseur de vibrations (30) qui est couplé ou peut être couplé à un générateur de vibrations (32) de telle sorte que le système vibrant (39) puisse être excité de façon à vibrer, et un entraînement (50) permettant de soumettre le système vibrant (39) et donc le poinçon (15) à une force (F) et de le déplacer dans une direction d'assemblage (R) pour presser un rivet (20), disposé entre le poinçon (15) et un composant (11), dirigé vers le poinçon, des au moins deux composants au moyen du poinçon (15) dans les au moins deux composants (11, 12), caractérisé par un moyen de guidage (75) qui est disposé sur un cadre (60) du dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant et dans lequel un bras de support (70), en formant un angle supérieur à 0° et inférieur à 180°, en particulier supérieur à 45° et inférieur à 135°, en particulier sensiblement perpendiculaire, par rapport à la direction d'assemblage (R), peut être guidé dans la direction d'assemblage (R) et peut être déplacé au moyen de l'entraînement (50), le système vibrant (39) étant disposé sur le bras de support (70) à distance du moyen de guidage (75), vu perpendiculairement à la direction d'assemblage (R), le bras de support (70) comprenant un matériau plus rigide que le cadre (60) ou est formé avec une construction en treillis, une construction tubulaire ou un profilé.

- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (300) selon la revendication 3, le levier (51) étant accouplé au bras de support (70) au moyen d'un guide à coulisse.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (500, 600, 700) selon la revendication 1, l'entraînement (50) étant intégré dans le moyen de guidage (75) et étant conçu en particulier comme un entraînement linéaire.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le bras de support (70) étant relié de manière fixe à un chariot (71) qui est guidé dans le dispositif de guidage (75).
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perçant (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un autre moyen de guidage (76) qui est disposé à distance du moyen de guidage (75) sur le cadre (60) du dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant, vu perpendiculairement à la direction d'assemblage (R), et dans lequel le bras support (70) peut être guidé dans la direction d'assemblage.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, un élément de compensation (85, 86) étant prévu qui est disposé dans le dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant de telle sorte que, lorsque l'élément de compensation est déplacé, l'orientation du poinçon et du contre-support l'un par rapport à l'autre change.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (600, 700) selon la revendication 8, l'élément de compensation (85) étant disposé dans le bras de support (70) ou dans le cadre.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (800) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, le système vibrant (39) étant disposé sur l'entraînement (50), et l'élément de compensation (86) étant disposé entre le système vibrant (39) et l'entraînement (50).
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (600) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, l'élément de compensation (85) comportant un actionneur, en particulier un actionneur piézo, un actionneur hydraulique, un actionneur actionnable mécaniquement ou un mécanisme à levier.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (700, 800) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, l'élément de compensation (86) comportant une plaque de coin mobile en rotation et/ou en translation.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (700) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12, comprenant un dispositif d'actionnement (87) qui est adapté pour actionner l'élément de compensation (86) de manière automatisée.
- Dispositif de rivetage auto-perforant (700) selon la revendication 13, le dispositif d'actionnement (87) étant adapté pour actionner l'élément de compensation (86) de telle sorte qu'un angle, qui est compris entre une direction de déplacement et d'application de force du système vibrant (39) et une perpendiculaire à une surface des composants, devienne plus petit en valeur absolue.
