FIN DEL INVENTO ES CREAR DE FORMA SENCILLA UN PRODUCTO NATURAL DE CONSISTENCIA ENTRE CREMOSA Y SOLIDA, QUE CONTENGA POCA GRASA PERO MUCHA ALBUMINA Y QUE SE PUEDA APLICAR SOBRE EL PAN O COMO PRODUCTO DE COMIDA. EL INVENTO SE HACE EXTRAYENDO EL AGUA DEL YOGUR O DE OTROS PRODUCTOS QUE CONTIENEN ALBUMINA EN FORMA DE COPOS, SE AÑADE ACEITE Y A CONTINUACION SE MEZCLA HASTA OBTENER UN PRODUCTO DE CONSISTENCIA CREMOSA O SOLIDA.
