LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE AL CAMPO DE LA BIOTECNOLOGIA, E INGENIERIA GENETICA, Y PARTICULARMENTE A UNA NOVISIMA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE CODIFICAN UNA ESTREPTOKINASA, COMO ASI MISMO, EL REASOCIANTE DE DNA, OBTENIDO DE ELLO, UTILIZANDOSE PARA LA TRANSFORMACION DE DIFERENTES ORGANISMOS ENDOGENOS. EL OBJETIVO TECNICO QUE SE PERSIGUE CON LA SOLUCION PROPUESTA, ES LA PRODUCCION DE PROTEINAS EN CANTIDADES CONVENIENTES PARA SU COMERCIALIZACION, MEDIANTE EL METODO DE REASOCIACION, OFRECIENDO LA POSIBILIDAD DEL USO ALTERNATIVO DE DIFERENTES INDIVIDUOS ENDOGENOS, A FIN DE CONSEGUIR ESTREPTOKINASA DE EXCELENTE CALIDAD, SUSCEPTIBLE DE SER UTILIZADA COMO AGENTE TROMBOLITICO EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE DIFERENTES TRASTORNOS.
