LA PRESENTE INVENCION HACE POSIBLE LA PRODUCCION CATALITICA DE OLIGONUCLEOTIDOS DE SECUENCIA ESPECIFICA MEDIANTE EL USO DE UNA SECUENCIA MODELO ESPECIALMENTE DISEÑADA. SE PUEDE HACER QUE LA REACCION SE DESARROLLE ISOTERMICAMENTE ANTE LA PRESENCIA DE UN EXCEDENTE DE TRIFOSFATOS NUCLEOSIDOS, UN AGENTE PARA LA POLIMERIZACION Y UN AGENTE CORTANTE. PUESTO QUE EL PROCESO ES CATALITICO RESPECTO A LA SECUENCIA MODELO, SE PUEDE GENERAR TEORICAMENTE UNA CANTIDAD ILIMITADA DE UN PRODUCTO OLIGONUCLEOTIDO A PARTIR DE UNA SOLA MOLECULA MODELO.
