EN UN PROCESO PARA ISOMERIZACION DE ESQUELETO DE OLEFINAS LINEALES A N-OLEFINAS, POR EJEMPLO, N-BUTENOS A ISOBUTENOS, SOBRE UN CATALIZADOR QUE COMPRENDE UNA ZEOLITA DE POROS MEDIOS, POR EJEMPLO ZEOLITA ELEGIDA ENTRE ZSM-22, ZSM-23, Y ZSM-35, LA ZEOLITA SE PREPARA CON UN ACIDO DICARBOXILICO, POR EJEMPLO ACIDO OXALICO. EL PRETRATAMIENTO REDUCE SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE LA VELOCIDAD DE ENVEJECIMIENTO Y AUMENTA LA LONGITUD DE CICLO DEL CATALIZADOR.
