Abstract
Compuesto, bajo la forma de isómero geométrico u óptico puro o de mezcla de isómeros, respondiendo a la fórmula general (I) en la que R1 representa un grupo (C1-C4)alquilo o (C3-C7)cicloalquil, metilo, X1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o de halógeno o un grupo (C1-C4)alcoxi, o bien OR1 y X1 representan en conjunto un grupo de fórmula -OCH2O-, -O(CH2)2-, -O(CH2)3-, -O(CH2)2Oo -O(CH2)3O-, X2 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo amino, X3 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o de halógeno, y R2 representa ya sea un átomo de hidrógeno, ya sea un grupo (C1-C8)alquilo, ya sea un grupo fenil(C1C4)alquilo, ya sea un grupo de fórmula general -(CH2)nCO-Z en la que n representa un número de 1 a 6 y Z representa un grupo piperidín-1-ilo o 4-(dimetilamino)piperidín-1-ilo, en estado de base libre o de sal de adición a un ácido farmacéuticamente aceptable.
