PARA LA REALIZACION DEL DISEÑO Y EL DESARROLLO ALTAMENTE EFICIENTE Y SUMINISTRAR UN NEUMATICO A BAJO COSTO, EL MODELO BASICO DEL NEUMATICO PARA REPRESENTAR UNA FORMA DE SECCION DE CORTE DE UN NEUMATICO QUE INCLUYA UNA ESTRUCTURA INTERNA Y QUE ESTE DIVIDIDA EN UNA PLURALIDAD DE ELEMENTOS, SE DETERMINAN UNA FUNCION OBJETIVA PARA REPRESENTAR UNA CALIDAD FISICA PARA LA EVALUACION DEL RENDIMIENTO DEL NEUMATICO, VARIABLES DE DISEÑO PARA DETERMINAR UNA PROPIEDAD FISICA DE LOS MIEMBROS DE GOMA, Y UNA CONDICION DE CONSTREÑIMIENTO PARA CONSTREÑIR LAS PROPIEDADES FISICAS DE LOS MIEMBROS DE GOMA (100, 102).
