Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar de forma fácil y segura el 1-clorocarbonil-4-piperidinopiperidin o el derivado hidroclorado del mismo con alto rendimiento. La invención describe específicamente el procedimiento para la fabricación del 1-clorocarbonil-4-piperidinopiperidin o el clorhidrato del mismo, que comprende la reacción del 4-piperidinopiperidin con un haluro de trialquilsilil para obtener el 4- piperidino piperidinil trialquilsilil, reaccionando este con gas dióxido de carbono para obtener el derivado carbamato de 4-piperidino piperidinil trialquilsislil ; y haciendo reaccionar el derivado con cloruro de tionilo o similar para obtener el 1-clorocarbonil-4-piperidinopiperidin hidroclorado y opcionalmente tratándolo con una base fuerte.
