Abstract

Derivados del K-252A 3''-epímeros. El K-252A inhibe la proteína quinasa C (PKC), que desempeña un papel en la regulación de las funciones celulares. El K-252A tiene varias actividades, por ejemplo, inhibir la contracción del músculo liso, inhibir la secreción de la serotonina, inhibir el alargamiento de la neuraxona, inhibir la liberación de la histamina, inhibir la MLCK del músculo liso, acción anti-inflamatoria, y la promoción de la supervivencia celular. El K-252A inhibe también la producción de IL-2.
