Abstract

Alimento funcional a base de un producto lácteo fermentado cremoso y ácido linoleico conjugado. La presente invención proporciona un alimento funcional útil para la prevención del sobrepeso y/o la obesidad en seres humanos mediante el consumo regular del mismo de un modo sencillo y cómodo. Dicho alimento funcional comprende un producto lácteo fermentado cremoso y un concentrado de aceite vegetal rico en ácido linoleico conjugado, en el que dicho concentrado de aceite vegetal rico en ácido linoleico conjugado comprende una mezcla 1:1 de los isómeros cis 9 trans 11 y trans 10 cis 12 de ácido linoleico conjugado en una proporción superior al 80% en peso respecto al peso total de concentrado. Asimismo, la invención proporciona un procedimiento para la preparación de dicho alimento funcional.
