Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de la isoquinoleina de fórmula general: ***1 en la que A representa un radical piridil-3, isoquinolil-5 ó alquil-3 isoquinolil-5 cuya parte alquilo contiene de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono de cadena recta o ramificada en sus formas ® y (S) así como sus mezclas, en estado de base o de sal de adición con un ácido, caracterizado porque se cicla una tetrahidro-1,2,3,4 isoquinoleina de fórmula general : ***2 en la que A se define como procedentemente, y a continuación se transforma eventualmente el producto obtenido en una sal de adición con un ácido.
