Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de un sistema portador de medicamentos liposómico, donde un medicamente se encapsula dentro de liposomas constituido por un esterol y un lípido alifático capaz de formar micelas en agua, cuyo procedimiento comprende: a) poner en contacto los cristales sólidos de esterol con una solución micelar acuosa del lípido alifático y del medicamento a una temperatura de hasta 60ºC, en atmósfera inerte, durante un tiempo comprendido entre 2 y 60 minutos, para permitir la penetración de los cristales de esterol por las micelas; y b) someter a irradiación ultrasónica los cristales líquidos procedentes de la etapa anterior, para convertirlos en liposomas.
