PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDO HUMANO EN UN CULTIVO DE CELULAS HOSPEDANTES TRANSFORMANTES, UTILIZANDO VECTORES QUE CODIFICAN PROTEINA DE DIHIDROFOLATO-REDUCTASA.CONSISTE EN AMPLIFICAR LA SECUENCIA DE ADN QUE CODIFICA TPA, EN UN CULTIVO DE CELULAS HOSPEDANTES, PROPORCIONANDO UN VECTOR DE EXPRESION, Y HACIENDO CRECER LAS CELULAS EN PRESENCIA DE UNA CONCENTRACION AMPLIFICADORA EFICAZ DE MTX. EL VECTOR DE EXPRESION COMPRENDE UNA PRIMERA SECUENCIA DE ACIDO DESOXIRRIBONUCLEICO (ADN) QUE CODIFICA UNA PROTEINA DE DIHIDROFOLATO-REDUCTASA (DHFR) Y UNA SEGUNDA SECUENCIA DE ADN QUE CODIFICA ACTIVADOR DE PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDO HUMANO (TPA).
