SE PRESENTAN NUEVOS ANALOGOS PLATELED-DERIVADOS DEL FACTOR DEL CRECIMIENTO (PDFG), CONFORME A LA PRESENTE INVENCION. ASIMISMO SE PRESENTA UN METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE CANTIDADES HOMOGENEAS DE ESTOS NOVISIMOS ANALOGOS. LOS NUEVOS ANALOGOS DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION, CUANDO ESTAN REPLEGADOS, CONTIENEN SUBSTANCIALMENTE LA MISMA ACTIVIDAD BIOLOGICA QUE EN ESTADO NATURAL PDGF B SUB 109. EL METODO DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION EMPLEA EL USO DE UN CORDON DE BLOQUEO EN EL GENE C-SIS, U OTRA SECUENCIA CODIFICADA POR UNA PROTEINA PRECURSORA DE PDGF B SUB 109 O ANALOGOS EN UNA POSICION QUE CORRESPONDE CASI A UN AMINOACIDO 111, A CASI UN AMINOACIDO 160.
