Abstract

Terpolymères de propylène. Ils sont constitués par : 93,2 à 99,0 % en poids de motifs de propylène, 0,5 à 1,9 % en poids de motifs d'éthylène et 0,5 à 4,9 % en poids de motifs de butène-1, avec une répartition pratiquement statistique des comonomères. On les prépare par copolymérisation du propylène, de l'éthylène et du butène-1 en presence d'un catalyseur mixte constitué d'un composé du trichlorure de titane et d'un activateur, avec un rapport pondéral entre l'éthylène et le butène-1 inférieur à 1. Ces polymeres ont une haute cristallinité et une température de fusion peu élevée.
