Abstract
Ces composés utiles comme médicaments anti-ischémiques, leurs N-oxydes, leurs sels quaternaires et leurs sels formés par addition avec des acides sont préparés notamment par réaction d'un composé II soit avec un composé III soit avec un composé IV suivant les significations de X, avec la condition que dans l'une des substances de départ précédemment citées au moins un reste thiényle-(3) doit être présent, au cas où le substituant R3 de la formule II est un groupe alkyle en C1 -C6 non substitué, en faisant suivre, le cas échéant, d'un traitement par des agents réducteurs et/ou déshydratants et/ou d'une alkylation par le reste R3 et/ou d'une conversion en N-oxydes et, le cas échéant, d'une conversion en sels par addition avec des acides ou en sels quaternaires.
