Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Knochenklammer zur Osteosynthese, bestehend aus einer mit Abstand zum Knochen gehaltenen und die Knochenbruchstuecke uebergreifende Knochenplatte und aus in die Knochenbruchstuecke einschraubbare Knochenschrauben. Die Knochenschrauben sind mit einem ringfoermigen Bund, auf dem die Knochenplatte aufliegt, und mit einem Gewindestift versehen. Die Knochenplatte wird mittels eines Distanzstueckes auf den Knochenschrauben verspannt. Das Distanzstueck ist ein rotationssymmetrischer Koerper, der mit einem Innengewinde, das mit dem Gewindestift der Knochenschraube in Eingriff steht, und gegenueberliegend mit einer Auflageflaeche und einem Gewindestift versehen. Zur Stabilisierung der Knochenplatte insbesondere bei Frakturen der unteren Extremitaeten wird auf die Distanzstuecke eine weitere Knochenplatte aufgelegt, die mittels Muttern verspannt wird.{Osteosynthese; Knochenklammer; Abstand; Knochenplatte; Knochenschraube; Distanzstueck; Mutter; ringfoermiger Bund; Gewindestift; Stabilisierung; untere Extremitaeten}
