Abstract

يتم حقن عامل المعالجة بالبروم وحفاز هاليد الالمنيوم ومحلول البوليمر الستايريني الانيوني، الذي يتراوح متوسط رقم وزنه الجزيئي كما يحددة التحليل الكرومتغرافي بالنفاذ الهلامي( Mn) بين 2000-3000 بصورة متزامنة في منطقة تفاعل تصل درجة حرارتها الى 10 درجات مئوية او اقل تقريبا، ويتم اضافة العناصر المكونة على جرعتين متدفقتين منفصلتين على الاقل، ويتم معايرة الجرعتين للمحافظة على (أ) كمية هاليد الالمنيوم المضاف عند 0.8 مول بالمئة تقريبا او اقل بحسب كمية الوحدات المونومرية الاروماتية في البوليمر المضاف و(ب) كميات من عامل المعالجة بالبروم والبوليمر غير المعالج بالبروم في منطقة التفاعل التي تنتج بوليمر مغسول ومجفف كمنتج نهائي يحتوي على 60-71 وزن بالمئة من البروم، ويتم تثبيط الحافز وازالة ايونات البروميد وترسبات الحفاز من خليط التفاعل بالماء واسترجاع البوليمر الستايرني الانيوني المعالج بالبروم وتجفيفة، ويحتوى البوليمر المجفف على كمية من البروموبنزين المتطاير تصل الى 600 جزء في المليون( وزن/ وزن) او اقل وكذلك على خصائص اخرى ذات فائدة.
