Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液体又は固体を過冷却する方法であって、当該固体又は液体はクーラント (冷却剤)に接して配置され、当該クーラントは、当該液体又は固体の準安定限 界温度又はそのわずかに上の温度を有するが、当該クーラントが過冷却される当 該液体又は固体の準安定限界温度と等しい温度を有する場合には、使用する冷却 システムは間接的である、という方法。 2. 過冷却される液体が気体が供給された液体である、請求項1に従う方法。 3. 過冷却される液体がアイスクリーム予備混合物である、請求項1又は2に 従う方法。
