Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 容器(10)の底を検査するため、例えば、汚れ、ひび割れおよび異物を 検査するための装置(26)を通過させて容器(10)を搬送するための方法で あって、前記容器(10)は第1のコンベヤ(12)によって前記検査装置(2 6)内に入れられた後、第2のコンベヤ(16)によって前記検査装置(26) から出され、前記第1および第2のコンベヤ(12、16)の間には隙間(14 )が形成され、前記隙間において前記容器(10)は少なくともその底面の全体 にわたっては支持されず、かつ前記隙間内において前記容器(10)は検査され 、前記容器(10)は前記第1のコンベヤ(12)上、前記隙間(14)の範囲 内、および前記第2のコンベヤ(16)上においてサイドガイド装置(24、3 0)によって案内されるようにした方法において、 前記容器(10)は、少なくとも前記隙間(14)内において動的圧力を 及ぼされながら搬送されることを特徴とする方法。 2. 前記容器(10)は前記隙間(14)内においてその下面が支持されない ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. オペレーションの開始時に前記動的圧力を生じさせ、および/またはオペ レーションの終了時に前記動的圧力を減少させるため、最初の前記容器(10) の前方および最後の前記容器(10)の後方にそれぞれ機械的に結合された複数 の円筒体(35)が搬送されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載 の方法。 4. 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための装置であっ て、容器(10)を検査装置(26)に入れるた めの第1のコンベヤ(12)と、前記容器(10)を前記検査装置から出すため の第2のコンベヤ(16)を備え、前記第1および第2のコンベヤ(12、16 )の間に隙間(14)が形成され、前記隙間内において前記容器(10)は少な くともその下面の全体にわたっては支持されず、前記検査装置(26)は前記隙 間(14)内において前記容器(10)を検査するようになっており、さらに、 前記第1および第2のコンベヤ(12、16)および前記隙間(14)の両側に のびるサイドガイド装置(24、30)を備えた装置において、 前記サイドガイド装置(24、30)は前記容器(10)が動的圧力を及 ぼされながら搬送され得るように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 5. 前記容器は前記隙間(14)内においてその下面を支持されていないこと を特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 6. 前記サイドガイド装置は静止したレール(24)からなっていることを特 徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の装置。 7. 前記容器(10)は首の先端に太くなった部分を備えたボトルからなって おり、前記ボトルの太くなった部分のわずかに下側に静止した首ガイド(29) が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の装置 。 8. 透明なプレート(28)は前記隙間(14)内に配置されており、前記透 明なプレートは垂直に運動し、オペレーションの開始時および終了時に上方に前 記コンベヤ(22)の高さレベルまで持ち上げられて、前記容器(10)を支持 する一方、前記容器(10)が動的圧力を及ぼされて搬送される間に下げられる ように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の 装置。 9. ガラスプレートが前記隙間(14)内において前記第1および第2のコン ベヤ(12、16)の高さレベルのわずかに下側に配置されていることを特徴と する請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の装置。 10. 前記隙間(14)内において前記サイドガイド装置は垂直回転軸を備えた 弾性的なローラ(30)によって形成されており、前記ローラ(30)の表面間 の間隔は前記容器の直径よりわずかに小さくなっており、接触領域の長さは前記 隙間(14)の長さと同等かまたはそれより小さくなっていることを特徴とする 請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の装置。 11. 支持プレート(31)が前記隙間(14)内において配置され、前記支持 プレートはそれぞれ一方の側から中央部に向かってのびるスペース(32)を形 成し、搬送方向における長さが前記容器(10)の直径にほぼ等しい長さを有し ていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 12. 前記容器(10)を支持するためのガイド(33)が前記隙間(14)内 において斜め方向または横切る方向にのびるように配置されており、前記ガイド (33)の間隔は近似的に前記容器(10)の直径の半分に相当していることを 特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
