Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.モータ(21)を備えた駆動部(11)と、駆動部に堅固に接続されたポン プ部(12)とを備え、駆動部とポンプ部が実質的に同一直径を持ちかつ相互に 軸方向の間隔をおいて同軸的に配置され、圧力測定装置(60、61;70)を 備える心内血液ポンプにおいて、 圧力測定装置(60、61;70)がポンプの出口側の圧力によって影響され るように配置され、制御装置(66)がモータ(21)を圧力測定装置からの信 号の関数として制御することを特徴とする心内血液ポンプ。 2.圧力測定装置(60、61)が、ポンプの出口側の圧力を測定する第1圧力 センサ(60)と、ポンプの入口側の圧力を測定する第2圧力センサ(61)と から成り、制御装置(66)がモータ(21)の回転速度を両圧力センサ(60 )61)からの信号の関数として制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血 液ポンプ。 3.両圧力センサ(60、61)の信号からポンプの出口側と入口側との間の差 圧を計算し、それに従ってモータ(21)の回転速度を制御する手段を設けるこ とを特徴とする請求項2記載の血液ポンプ。 4.圧力測定手段がポンプの出口側と入口側との間の差圧を測定する差圧センサ (70)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の血液 ポンプ。 5.圧力測定手段が、モータ電流(I)を測定すると共にモータ電流(I)およ び回転速度(n)からモータの出口側と入口側との間の差圧を決定する電流測定 装置から成ることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポン プ。 6.モータ(21)を備えた駆動部(11)と、駆動部に堅固に接続されたポン プ部(12)とから成り、駆動部とポンプ部が実質的に同一直径を持ちかつ相互 に軸方向の間隔をおいて同軸的に配置され、測定装置を備える心内血液ポンプに おいて、 測定装置がポンプの出口側と入口側との間の差圧に対応する情報信号を供給し 、 情報信号の経時的変化によって心臓内のポンプの正しい位置決めに関する情報を 提供する表示装置を設けることを特徴とする心内血液ポンプ。 7.モータ(21)を備えた駆動部(11)と、駆動部に堅固に接続されたポン プ部(12)とを備え、駆動部とポンプ部が実質的に同一直径を持ちかつ相互に 軸方向の間隔をおいて同軸的に配置され、測定装置を備える心内血液ポンプにお いて、測定装置がポンプの出口側と入口側との間の差圧に対応する情報信号を供 給し、制御装置(66)がモータ(21)の回転速度を情報信号の関数として制 御することを特徴とする心内血液ポンプ。 8.情報信号が2つの圧力センサ(60、61)によって与えられる差圧から、 または1つの差圧センサ(70)からの信号から導出されることを特徴とする請 求項6または7に記載の血液ポンプ。 9.情報信号がモータ電流(I)から導出されることを特徴とする請求項6また は7に記載の血液ポンプ。 10.予め定められた温度に達すると警報をトリガする温度センサを駆動部(1 1)に設けることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポン プ。
