Abstract
【解決手段】第1のポリマー層が第1の紫外線吸収剤を含み、第2のポリマー層が第1のポリマー層を覆っていて且つ第2の紫外線吸収剤を含み、第1の紫外線吸収剤は300nm未満のピーク吸収波長を有しそして第2の紫外線吸収剤は300nmより大きいピーク吸収波長を有する、第1および第2のポリマー層を含む多層高分子層。

Description
従って、本発明は、改良された耐候性高分子フィルムを提供することを目的とする。
本発明は、 多層高分子フィルムであって、
フルオロポリマーを含んでいて紫外線吸収剤を含まない第1のポリマー層、
第1のポリマー層に接して30〜80質量%のフルオロポリマー、20〜70質量%のアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第1の紫外線吸収剤を含む第2のポリマー層、および
第2のポリマー層に接してアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第2の紫外線吸収剤を含む第3のポリマー層を含み、
波長200〜350nmの電磁放射線に対して少なくとも3.5の吸光度を有する、前記多層高分子フィルムに関する。
文字A、B、およびCの各々が組成を示していて、A/C/B/C/Aの構成を有する多層フィルムが調製される。組成Aは100質量%のPVDFゾレフ(Solef)1010から形成され、そして組成Cは100質量%のPVDFカイナール(Kynar)740から形成されている。組成Bは32質量%のPVDFカイナール(Kynar)740、32質量%のPVDFゾレフ(Solef)1010、32質量%のアクリル樹脂DR101、2質量%のUV吸収剤のチヌビン(Tinuvin)1577、および2質量%のUV吸収剤のチヌビン(Tinuvin)360から形成されている。組成Aを含む各層はフィルムの約10容量%を形成し、組成Cを含む各層はフィルムの約5容量%を形成し、そして組成Bを含む層はフィルムの約70容量%を形成している。
UV吸収剤を含まないフィルム又は3種類のUV吸収剤(2%のチヌビン(Tinuvin)1577、2%のチヌビン(Tinuvin)360、および1%のチヌビン(Tinuvin)770)の組合せを用いるフィルムが調製される。実施例のフィルムは100%のPVDFを有する第1の層、凡そ40%又は70%のPVDF(カイナール(Kynar)740)を含む第2の層、および75%のアクリル樹脂(DR101)を含む第3の層を含む。複数のUV吸収剤を含むフィルムに対して、UV吸収剤の混合物が第2の層に含まれる。第2の層の残部はアクリル樹脂(DR101)である。表1は縦方向および横断方向の両方におけるフィルムの破断点伸び特性を示している。説明されるように、UV吸収剤(UVA)を含むフィルムは、いくつかの実施例においてUV吸収剤(UVA)を含まないフィルムよりも伸びの増加を示している。
複数のUV吸収剤を含む3層のフィルムが市販の登録商標テドラー(Tedlar)フィルムと比較して評価される。実施例の複数のフィルムは100%のPVDFを有する第1の層、凡そ40%又は70%のPVDFを含む第2の層、および75%のアクリル樹脂(DR101)を含む第3の層を含む。第2の層はアクリル樹脂(DR101)および実施例2に記載したように複数のUV吸収剤の混合物を含む。
Claims (20)
- 多層高分子フィルムであって、
フルオロポリマーを含んでいて紫外線吸収剤を含まない第1のポリマー層、
第1のポリマー層に接して30〜80質量%のフルオロポリマー、20〜70質量%のアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第1の紫外線吸収剤を含む第2のポリマー層、および
第2のポリマー層に接してアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第2の紫外線吸収剤を含む第3のポリマー層を含み、
波長200〜350nmの電磁放射線に対して少なくとも3.5の吸光度を有する、前記多層高分子フィルム。 - 前記多層高分子フィルムが、400〜700nmの波長を有する放射線に対して少なくとも75.0%の累積透過率を有する請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤のピーク吸収波長が、前記第2の紫外線吸収剤のピーク吸収波長よりも少なくとも40nm小さい請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤が、有機の紫外線吸収剤を含む請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第2のポリマー層が、非有機の紫外線吸収剤を含まない請求項4に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤が、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)を含む請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第2のポリマー層が、第3の紫外線吸収剤を含む請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤が300nm未満のピーク吸収波長を有しそして前記第2の紫外線吸収剤が300nmより大きいピーク吸収波長を有する請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記多層高分子フィルムが、7.0%以下のヘイズを有する請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記多層高分子フィルムが、25〜105μmの厚さを有する請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記多層高分子フィルムが、マシン方向に少なくとも約90%の破断点伸びを有する請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤がベンゾトリアゾール、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤およびオキサニリドからなる群から選択され、そして前記第2の紫外線吸収剤がベンゾトリアゾール、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤およびオキサニリドからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 多層高分子フィルムであって、
フルオロポリマーを含んでいて紫外線吸収剤を含まない第1のポリマー層、
第1のポリマー層に接して30〜80質量%のフルオロポリマー、20〜70質量%のアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第1の紫外線吸収剤を含む第2のポリマー層、および
第2のポリマー層に接してアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第2の紫外線吸収剤を含む第3のポリマー層を含み、
波長200〜350nmの電磁放射線に対して少なくとも3.5の吸光度を有し、
前記第1の紫外線吸収剤のピーク吸収波長が、前記第2の紫外線吸収剤のピーク吸収波長よりも少なくとも40nm小さく、
前記第1の紫外線吸収剤が300nm未満のピーク吸収波長を有しそして前記第2の紫外線吸収剤が300nmより大きいピーク吸収波長を有する、前記多層高分子フィルム。 - 前記多層高分子フィルムが、400〜700nmの波長を有する放射線に対して少なくとも75.0%の累積透過率を有する請求項13に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤が、有機の紫外線吸収剤を含む請求項13に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第2層が、非有機の紫外線吸収剤を含まない請求項15に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の紫外線吸収剤が、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)を含む請求項13に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 前記第2のポリマー層が、第3の紫外線吸収剤を含む請求項13に記載の多層高分子フィルム。
- 多層高分子フィルムであって、
フルオロポリマーを含んでいて紫外線吸収剤を含まない第1のポリマー層、
第1のポリマー層に接して30〜80質量%のフルオロポリマー、20〜70質量%のアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第1の紫外線吸収剤を含む第2のポリマー層、および
第2のポリマー層に接してアクリルポリマーおよび0.1〜2.0質量%の第2の紫外線吸収剤を含む第3のポリマー層を含み、
波長200〜350nmの電磁放射線に対して少なくとも3.5の吸光度を有し、
前記第1の紫外線吸収剤がベンゾトリアゾール、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤およびオキサニリドからなる群から選択され、そして前記第2の紫外線吸収剤がベンゾトリアゾール、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤およびオキサニリドからなる群から選択され、
