Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- ポリマーマトリックスを基準にして約10〜約50重量%の、1種以上の不飽和ニトリル化合物由来モノマー単位及び単位及び1種以上のエラストマーモノマー単位を含有する1種以上のスチレンコポリマーと、約30〜約90重量%の1種以上のポリアミドとを含む約20〜約70重量%のポリマーマトリックスの組成物に分散された約30〜約80重量%の長繊維の組成物であって、前記スチレンコポリマーが約6以上のメルトフローレートを示す、前記組成物。
- 前記1種以上のスチレンコポリマーが、約5〜約20重量%のエラストマーモノマー単位を含有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記長繊維が、ガラスまたは炭素繊維を含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記長繊維が、約3〜約30mmの長さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記繊維が、織マットまたは繊維束に由来する、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーマトリックスが、前記ポリマーマトリックスを基準にして約20〜約50重量%のスチレンコポリマーと約50〜約80重量%のポリアミドとを含む、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 5以上のメルトフローレートを有する1種以上のスチレン系ポリマーを含有する熱可塑性ポリマーを含む希釈ポリマー組成物と、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の組成物とを含む成形可能な組成物であって、エラストマー成分を5重量%未満の量で、またはスチレンコポリマーとポリアミドとを相溶化させる1種以上の化合物を1重量%未満若しくは以下の量で含有する、前記成形可能な組成物。
- 前記希釈ポリマー組成物が、1種以上のスチレン系ポリマーまたはコポリマーを含む、請求項7に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- スチレン系ポリマーまたはコポリマー以外の1種以上の熱可塑性ポリマーが、1種以上のポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、そのブレンド、または1種以上のスチレン系ポリマー若しくはコポリマーとのブレンドを含む、請求項8に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 約5重量%未満のエラストマー成分と、1重量%未満若しくは以下の、スチレンコポリマーとポリアミドとを相溶化させる1種以上の化合物のポリマーマトリックスとを含有する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 約25〜約40重量%の1種以上のポリアミドと、約10〜60重量%の長繊維とを含み、該百分率が前記組成物の重量基準である、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 約5%以下のエラストマー成分を含有する、請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 1重量%未満または以下の、スチレンコポリマーとポリアミドとを相溶化させる1種以上の化合物のポリマーマトリックスを含有する、請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 耐衝撃性改良剤をさらに含む、請求項7〜13のいずれか1項に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 前記耐衝撃性改良剤が、変性ポリオレフィンを含む、請求項14に記載の成形可能な組成物。
- 請求項7〜15のいずれか1項に記載の成形組成物を含む物品。
- 繊維マットまたは繊維束を、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の混合物と、繊維マットまたは繊維束がポリマーマトリックスに包囲されるような条件下で接触させることを含む方法。
- 前記繊維マットまたは繊維束を包囲する前記ポリマーマトリックスを有する前記繊維マットまたは繊維束を約3〜約30mmの長さに切断することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーマトリックスの成分を、前記ポリマーマトリックスを前記繊維マットまたは繊維束と接触させる前にブレンドする、請求項16または17に記載の方法。
- 請求項7〜15のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を成形して成形品を形成することを含む方法。
