Claims (26)
- プラスチック部品を製造する方法であって、
a.発泡材料の粒子を含む第1の材料を型に装填するステップであって、前記型は少なくとも2つの型部分および少なくとも2つのコンデンサの板を備える、ステップと、
b.前記型の装填中に、エネルギーを供給することによって前記粒子を予加熱するステップであって、少なくとも1つのフィードラインを介して容器から前記型へ前記粒子が輸送され、前記粒子は容器内および/またはフィードライン内の間に予加熱され、前記エネルギーは前記コンデンサの板間の電圧である、ステップと
を含み、
c.前記エネルギーは、少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給され、
前記少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給される前記エネルギーは時間の経過とともに変化する、前記方法。 - プラスチック部品を製造する方法であって、
a.発泡材料の粒子を含む第1の材料を型に装填するステップであって、前記型は少なくとも2つの型部分および少なくとも2つのコンデンサの板を備える、ステップと、
b.前記型の装填中に、エネルギーを供給することによって前記粒子を予加熱するステップであって、前記粒子は、前記型を閉じる前に前記型内でさらに予加熱され、前記エネルギーは前記コンデンサの板間の電圧である、ステップと
を含み、
c.前記エネルギーは、少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給され、 前記少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給される前記エネルギーは時間の経過とともに変化する、前記方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電磁場によって供給されるエネルギーを時間の経過とともに次第に増加させる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子にエネルギーを供給することによって、前記粒子の表面を溶融するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記予加熱のために使用される電磁場のタイプは、前記粒子の表面を溶融するために使用される電磁場のタイプと異なる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、以下の材料、すなわち、発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン、eTPU;発泡ポリアミド、ePA;発泡ポリエーテルブロックアミド、ePEBA;ポリラクチド、PLA;ポリエーテルブロックアミド、PEBA;ポリエチレンテレフタレート、PET;ポリブチレンテレフタレート、PBT;熱可塑性ポリエステルエーテルエラストマー、TPEEのうち1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、前記少なくとも1つの電磁場によって供給される前記エネルギーを吸収するエネルギー吸収材をさらに含み、前記エネルギー吸収材は、前記粒子の表面の溶融に貢献する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、前記型の装填前に前記エネルギー吸収材を備えている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー吸収材は水を含む、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー吸収材は金属を含む、請求項7から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは、マイクロ波の範囲内、300MHz〜300GHzの放射の形態で供給される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは、電磁誘導によって供給される、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- より多くのエネルギーが、前記型の第2の部分領域内よりも前記型の第1の部分領域内の前記粒子に供給される、請求項4から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは、第1の周波数(f1)を有する電磁場を用いて前記型の第1の部分領域内の前記粒子へ供給されるとともに、第2の周波数(f2)を有する電磁場を用いて前記型の第2の部分領域内の前記粒子へ供給され、第2の周波数(f2)は、第1の周波数(f1)とは異なる、請求項4から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子当たりのエネルギー吸収材の平均量は、前記型内で変化する、請求項7から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型には、少なくとも1つの電磁場によって実質的に変わらないままである第2の材料がさらに装填される、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料によって吸収されるエネルギーの量と前記第1の材料および前記型によって吸収されるエネルギーの総量の比は、1.0〜0.2の範囲内にある、請求項4から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- スポーツアパレル用の緩衝要素を製造する方法であって、
a.所定の量だけ装填位置に型を開くステップであって、前記型は少なくとも2つの型部分を備え、前記型が開かれる量は前記型の利用可能な装填容積に影響する、ステップと、
b.ステップa.の前記型を開くステップによって作られた装填容積の中に発泡材料の粒子を含む第1の材料を装填するステップであって、少なくとも1つのフィードラインを介して容器から前記型へ前記粒子が輸送され、前記粒子は容器内および/またはフィードライン内の間に予加熱されるステップと、
c.前記型を閉鎖位置に閉じるステップと、
d.コンデンサの板の間に前記型を配置し、少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態でエネルギーを少なくとも供給することによって前記粒子の表面を融合するステップであって、前記エネルギーは前記コンデンサの板間の電圧であり、前記少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給される前記エネルギーは時間の経過とともに変化する、ステップと
を含む、前記方法。 - スポーツアパレル用の緩衝要素を製造する方法であって、
a.所定の量だけ装填位置に型を開くステップであって、前記型は少なくとも2つの型部分を備え、前記型が開かれる量は前記型の利用可能な装填容積に影響する、ステップと、
b.ステップa.の前記型を開くステップによって作られた装填容積の中に発泡材料の粒子を含む第1の材料を装填するステップと、
c.前記粒子は、前記型を閉じる前に前記型内でさらに予加熱され、前記型を閉鎖位置に閉じるステップと、
d.コンデンサの板の間に前記型を配置し、少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態でエネルギーを少なくとも供給することによって前記粒子の表面を融合するステップであって、前記エネルギーは前記コンデンサの板間の電圧であり、前記少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給される前記エネルギーは時間の経過とともに変化する、ステップと
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記型の装填位置において、前記型部分は、前記型の異なるエリアにおいて、前記型の閉鎖位置と比較して、様々な距離で離間され、それによって前記型を閉じるステップc.の最中、前記型部分は、異なるエリアにおいて異なる距離にわたって共に移動させられる、請求項18または19に記載の方法。
- 前記型部分のうち少なくとも1つは、いくつかの個々の小部分を含み、前記型の前記装填位置における前記型部分間の距離は、異なるエリアにおいて様々な距離を得るために、小部分ごとに個々に調整することができる、請求項20に記載の方法。

- 前記緩衝要素は、靴のソールまたは靴のソールの一部である、請求項18から24のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から17のいずれか一つに記載の方法と組み合わされる、請求項18から25のいずれかに記載の方法。
