    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波特性の測定を行う半導体素子のリードピ
    ンが挿入される測定用ソケツトにおいて、前記リ
    ードピンが挿入接続されるバネ性を有する金属端
    子を高周波特性の優れた絶縁体で支持すると共に
    この絶縁体の外側に接地面を形成し、前記金属端
    子及びこれに連続する導体でマイクロストリツプ
    線路を形成し、かつ複数個の前記金属端子を夫々
    前記接地面の一部で電気遮蔽することを特徴とす
    る半導体素子の測定用ソケツト。
