Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 反応室１内に被処理物４を搬入し、反応室
    １内を反応室内排気装置１１により排気しつつ反
    応ガス導入口１３より反応ガスを導入し、加熱部
    １０により加熱された被処理物４にＣＶＤ膜を生
    成するＣＶＤ装置において、反応室１の入口に、
    ゲートバルブ２により仕切られた予備室３を設け
    、この予備室３の入口には、被処理物４を搬送す
    るアーム６を備えた垂直・水平移動機構７を、ア
    ーム６を挿通するベローズ８で連結せしめてなる
    減圧ＣＶＤ装置。 (2) 予備室３には予備室３の処理物出し入れ用
    扉を開けても大気を混入させない不活性ガス導入
    部９を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の減圧ＣＶＤ装置。 (3) 予備室３に予備室内排気装置１２を設けて
    なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項のい
    ずれかに記載の減圧ＣＶＤ装置。
