- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 共同玄関と複数の住戸を有した複数の棟内に含
まれるロビーインターホンと、住宅情報盤とを多
重信号線を介して１箇所の警報監視盤に接続し、
該警報監視盤において集中監視することによつて
相互通話、各棟の共同玄関の電気錠制御、セキユ
リテイー監視制御などを行うようになされた集合
住宅用監視通話システムであつて、 上記警報監視盤に多重伝送制御時に上記各棟に
含まれるロビーインターホンの各々に設定される
アドレスコードを書き換え可能に設定するロビー
テーブルを備えたことを特徴とする集合住宅用監
視通話システム。
