Claims (1)
- 少なくとも、ロビーインターホンと、管理人室
インターホンと、各住戸に設置される住戸内イン
ターホンと、前記それぞれのインターホンが接続
され所望の住戸番号を検出すると共に前記ロビー
インターホンからの呼び出しかあるいは前記管理
人室インターホンからの呼び出しかを弁別し、前
記所望の住戸番号の前記住戸内インターホンを選
択してロビーインターホンまたは管理人室インタ
ーホンに接続する切替装置とを有し、前記住戸内
インターホンは呼び出しを請けて送受話器を取り
上げることで前記ロビーインターホンまたは前記
管理人室インターホンと通話できる集合住宅用監
視通話装置において、前記住戸内インターホンに
ハンズフリーの住戸内通話ユニツトを設けると共
に、前記住戸内インターホンおよび前記住戸内通
話ユニツトが接続され且つ通話線を介して前記切
替装置に接続され、ロビーインターホンからの呼
び出しかあるいは管理人室インターホンからの呼
び出しかを弁別して前記通話線を前記住戸内イン
ターホンまたは前記住戸内通話ユニツトに選択し
て接続する通話切替ユニツトを設けたことを特徴
とする集合住宅用監視通話装置。
